If you're after authentic flavors and tastes, this place is your best bet. I've been coming here for about 3 years, and I really admire the quality control they have. The flavors are excellent and exactly the same since the 1st time I ate here.
The beef skewer kabobs were insanely good, and the shawarma was delicious even for me. I usually don’t like shawarma because it can be too heavy or greasy, but this one was perfect, especially paired with the garlic sauce. Their hummus is also incredible. I could eat here every day if I could!
First time coming here last week with a friend. Food was amazing service was very good as well. We loved the tamarind juice!! We ordered the lentil soup, chicken tikka with salad and rice. Enough food for like two people there was so much rice!! Also they have pita bread and desserts for sale as well. I can't wait to come back and try something new.

It charged Service Charge by default. Most of new customers did not see the hidden charge and clicked additional tips on the POS during checkout. The service is VERY limited. Not impressed at all.

I don't get the hype about this place. The food is okay, but it's not decently priced. You ask for water, they charge for it, since they "do not offer" tap water which I think is illegal.
And the restaurant itself and the surroundings are also not very nice to look at.
EDIT: I'm glad you're willing to comp a water bottle "the next time" because I wrote a bad review, but doesn't fix the underlying issue of forcing customers to pay for water, which even the finest restaurants do not do. Nor do customers want to contribute to plastic waste by purchasing or being "gifted" plastic water bottles.
