It's really upsetting to be a disabled veteran and have a handicap placard only to find that the access doors for the handicap parking are blocked. The explanation the door is just not working this morning that's a lie the door is locked. This is a safety issue for any disabled person or elderly person!!

The attitude of most of the employees at the drive thru sucks and they least care about the quality or correctness of the orders given to the customers. This is the worst McDonald's i have ever experienced. Yesterday I ordered a breakfast and they gave a completely different order than what I ordered.Today evening I asked for a medium fries with 2 packs of ketchup and the cashier repeated the order with the ketchup. Many of the fries were brown and they never gave the ketchup packets with the fries.

Actually a very neat little McD's. Those who still like to meet friends for coffee and chat this would be a nice place. They make a great Cappuchino that beats Starbucks any day.

This location is always surrounded by homeless people, even in the drive through they are standing there asking for money. The staff are rude. MY order is always wrong and the food comes out cold more often than not. The fries are never fresh. I asked for a cheeseburger, got no cheese so the cashier took the burger back in, slapped on a piece of cheese cold and handed it back. I've reported to corporate and they defer to the franchise owner who never follows up. Don't even attempt to use the mobile app because they don't know how to use it. And of course the ice cream machine is always out.

Worst customer service at a McDonald's that I have ever seen. On the 2nd morning just before 8:00 a.m. the black lady working handing out food was making me very uncomfortable by staring at me with that weird look in her eyes like I'm some kind of alien. It felt like she had the whole worries of the world on the head. Not a single word she spoke , no hello no thank you, nothing. She is not fit for a customer service position at all. Thay gonna lose business like that.

I waited 20 minutes just for large fries. When they finally gave me my order, the fries were COLD!!!!!!!!!! Man I was just craving some fresh hot crispy salty delicous McDonald's fries.
