One of the worst McDonald's locations I've ever been to.
The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. You place your order at the kiosk, but they never bring it to you - you have to go ask for it yourself. The ice cream machine is always broken, they're regularly out of soda, and they can't make frappés half the time. Just a consistently disappointing experience.

After i went to the branch located on avocado and they were closed 10 minutes before the closing time i decided to go this branch in jamcha st of course i check the google hours again to not get screwed in it says 24 hours open i said cool let me try in same thing I headed to the drive through n the lady answered we closed same thing happened to me in the other one i wanna know what is going on here why is the website google hours again dose not match the reality ???? West of time energy and gas !!!!! Were the management? I was really hungry n this happened to me i was about to cryyyy!!! Why is like that !! This is ridiculous

God damn I’ve never done this before but I’m stuck waiting for a burger and fries for 30 minutes at a McDonald’s this is ridiculous actually so annoying they said they would be right with me and then totally forgot about my order

They had me waiting for two coffee for over 8 minutes and they still get my order wrong. After I let her know order was wrong.. she took the back the coffee with an attitude. I politely asked if I could just keep the mistaken coffee as well and she said they can’t do that. I had to wait another 5 minutes for the correct coffee. Not a good way to start my morning!! Especially because it is a treat for me to go get my morning coffee instead of my usual coffee at home or work. .. just annoying. Service was horrible not even a simple “I am sorry”!

Food was fine but the woman who brought my curbside order was the rudest fast food employee I have encountered pretty much ever. I asked very nicely for ketchup and she just turned around without acknowledging, saying rudely “I heard you” when I asked again as she walked away. Then doubled down on rude when I nicely suggested that it’s a good idea to bring ketchup with her with the orders so that she wouldn’t have to make 2 trips. Again walked away without acknowledging what I said. I’ll avoid this store and go to the Avocado Blvd store, a great store where they treat their customers well.
I’ve been to this location many times and the experience is no different than any other McDonald’s. HOWEVER!! Today, for the first time in at least 3 years, SOMEONE understood their assignment! I have a sweet tooth for their caramel frappes and I always order 3x caramel which 50% of the time still arrives with little to practically no caramel. The rest of the time it’s okay, but clearly lacking 3x caramel. But, today…..
THEY CAME TO PLAY AND DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! 😅
Yes, I realize if I end up in a diabetic coma, I have only myself to blame.
…….but, sooooooo worth it!

Horrible say open 2hours and closed when I get there at 11. This haooen to multiple people I know, so I found out. Waste of time but a blessing because it was for a friend and I am glad I did not pay 25 for 2 meal deal. Went to Javk in the box instead

I only gave him one star because it's the lowest rating available but I would give them zero if I could. I live in this area and unfortunately it's the only McDonald's around so I'm stuck going here whenever I am craving for something at McDonald's. I hate coming here though because it's always a disappointment and once again this morning I'm disappointed. I placed an order on the app for breakfast. I arrived at 10:29 a.m. and was told sorry we're no longer serving breakfast. The restaurant confirmed they stop serving breakfast at 10:30 but they weren't able to fulfill my order because they ran out of product. Every time I come here I have a problem with this place they either close early they run out of food earlier their service sucks. The people here are rude very rude snobby and they make it feel like you're an inconvenience for ordering food. I totally advise you to go to the McDonald's on avocado instead it's much nicer like a 1000 times better rancho San Diego McDonald's is the worst McDonald's in the world and absolutely sucks. And I didn't even mention the roaches yet.
