It's almost like McDonald's doesn't want people to go to them anymore. Their prices are pretty much a sit-down restaurant at this point and the quality has gone downhill consistently for at least the past 5 years. Pretty much the only thing I'm willing to eat from there now is their french fries and a small fry will run you almost four bucks. Those automatic kiosks are difficult to use and annoying. I don't blame the workers for being frustrated because they're consistently understaffed it seems like too. For what it's worth everyone was polite

The little girl in the drive thru was too lazy to give me my change back. Didnt care about the 50 cents but then also decided to not give my correct order of sauces with my 10 pc nuggets. I dont even care about the 50 cents but bro isn't even competent enough to put the order in the bag correctly come on...

Checked my food. Fries were over cooked, burnt and very oily. Went inside to swap for fresh fries and they gave me the exact same style of fries, over cooked, burnt and extra oily. If you see the fries coming out that way, change the oil for the fries, it's old and burnt. I don't know if she was the manager but she rolled her eyes when I called her out on the fries and gave me attitude, while I was very polite about the whole situation. Going to McDonald's and get fries you'd expect the golden crisp fries 🍟, fries are McDonald's bread and butter. The manager should check her stations instead of taking pictures on Snapchat at the front counter. Was our go to spot but I guess whoever took over needs to check there workers and managers. Got me refund for the food. Never going back to this location. Horrible!!!

I don't like leaving bad reviews, but unfortunately I am. I maybe buy my kids McDonald's twice a year. Today we went because of a special occasion. Tge employee took my order correctly, but whomever bagged our meal didn't do their simple job right. They don't know how to count. I got a 20 piece nugget. They gave us 18. And they didn't put my fries in the bag. I called to let them know but the phone number doesn't work. I live 15 minutes away. I dont want to drive back for the missing food I paid for.

The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. You place your order at the kiosk, but they never bring it to you - you have to go ask for it yourself. The ice cream machine is always broken, they're regularly out of soda, and they can't make frappés half the time. Just a consistently disappointing experience.

After i went to the branch located on avocado and they were closed 10 minutes before the closing time i decided to go this branch in jamcha st of course i check the google hours again to not get screwed in it says 24 hours open i said cool let me try in same thing I headed to the drive through n the lady answered we closed same thing happened to me in the other one i wanna know what is going on here why is the website google hours again dose not match the reality ???? West of time energy and gas !!!!! Were the management? I was really hungry n this happened to me i was about to cryyyy!!! Why is like that !! This is ridiculous
