Went today for a ladies lunch. We had 16 people. It took 15 minutes for anybody to even take our order and another 20 minutes for water to come to the table. Couldn’t drink my water because the waiter disappeared before I could ask for a straw. Our party chatted for a good 30 minutes before we had any drinks other than water. Even my friend that ordered a soda didn’t get her drink. When the food finally came to the table, the people on the right of the table ordered first, but we got our food last. I asked for my steak, medium rare and it was well done so I had to send it back. It should’ve taken about five minutes to get a new one since I wanted it barely cooked, but it took 20 more minutes and it was time to go by the time I got my steak. I was never offered an apology or any compensation for that which was quite annoying. I don’t know what our complete bill was, but I know I paid for mine and my friends and it was $70 and that was just two of us so I’m assuming that our ladies lunch brought in about $500. While we were waiting for our food, a man was waiting in the front with His party for an extended amount of time and he came over and complained to the bartender. All in all I think there was only three people working and there were two parties. The other party was similar in size. I used to go to outback once a week and I was looking forward to going and having steak but it didn’t taste anything like what I remember. Overall, it was a huge disappointment. The mac & cheese was good and my blooming onion was good, but the steak was mediocre at best. I also ordered the peach alcoholic beverage. Don’t remember the name, but it didn’t even give me a buzz so I would have to say it was very weak. Overall, for the amount of money I spent I was disappointed.

Steaks are always cooked to perfect temperature. Meals are big. We always share ours and go home full. Love a cocktail with dinner. They always have a seasonal fun one. The wedge salad is a great starter to dinner, big and shareable. Of course the warm bread - yum.

Sunday Evening.... party of 8 .... we had a very bad Experience on Service.... our Server Lorieta H. She was more Focus talking with her Friends. I guess no costumer experience at all. She never pick up a dirty plate from our table at all... we can from Texas Roadhouse because the waiting time was hour plus... i regret it...........i should it waited..... Manager was nowhere to been seen. I usually go to Clairemont outback... service there is outstanding. This visit was my first and last ...... Tipical Rookie Mistake .... need more training. I wonder who hired her??? I SUGGEST TO RECONSIDER THIS EMPLOYEE ..... THANKS I GUESS!!
