Ive lived in this area for 12 years. Not sure what happened to this place but it has gone down hill fast. We came in on a Sunday with a party of 15 like we normally do celebrating a family event. The food was just ok. The service was awful. We asked the server to split our bill and she straight up told us NO. WTH is that.?? I got stuck paying extra. The bill was messed up. We were charged for drinks that were suppose to come with brunch. We will NEVER BE BACK. Awful! Who tells a guest NO? Ive been in the service industry for 20 plus years. They should just close

We dine at Pancho's Mexican Restaurant twice a week or more because they serve the most delicious and authentic mexican food we have ever had! Everything on their menu deverves rave including the service. They greet you instantly with chips and the best salsa in town. Even though the place is always busy, we rarely have to wait for a table...or our favorite cocktail. We suggest you have a Strawberry Margarita made with the freshest ingredients. Every dish is delicious but we both recommend their carnitas, whether it be a soft taco or giant burrito, it is our favorite. I have had everything on their menu. We dine there with our family and friends because we want to share the goodness that Pancho's Mexican Restaurant has to offer. If you love mexican food, great service and a friendly, cozy atmosphere, try Pancho's as soon as you can.Dietary restrictions: I recently had heart trouble and when I told our Hostess at Panchos Restaurant, she made me a dish that was right in line with my diet concerns. She modified a salad, changed the kind of beans I had ,and prepared chicken special just for me. This is what I call great service and a special care for each customer! You cannot find servers like this just anywhere!

I have visited this restaurant twice in the last month for lunch. I am impressed with both the service and price (Lunch Specials), as well as the taste of the food. On both occasions the food and and service great (though $3.25 for Iced Tea is a bit much - I recommend dropping the price to $1.99). There is a full bar, as well.

We love this place. You think it's small when you first enter, but there's a whole big room thru an arch. They can accommodate small intimate couples or large 10+ diners.Parking: They share an extra lot with the business next door so there is plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: Many families bring their children and they treat them very well. The kids seem to enjoy the place.

Popped in here around 8 pm, perfectly timed to be seated right away. It was about a little under 1/2 full, likely due to them closing at 9pm.They had plenty of friendly, quick, helpful staff on shift; they had a soccer game on in the bar area and low music in the dinning area.Super cute atmosphere, very welcoming.As we popped in for a quick bite, we got a beef chimichoaga and the chili Colorado plate, both were well seasoned, tender, & really hit the spot -very yummy. Both also came with a side on beans & rice, chips & salsa (the salsa was on point that night too, so good!The pictures didn't come out right, so next time there. ?
