I figured id give them another shot and what a disaster this visit was. I order online through the website with a 40min wait. I go to pick up my order and was informed that they hadn't received it. 25 minutes later I receive my food. I was nothing but respectful and understanding but i didn't even receive an apology. I get all the way home to eat and the rice almost chipped my tooth! How could you serve rock hard rice. Then I find out that the carne asada was burnt and a portion of my wifes food cold in the center. Very frustrating at 10pm and $60 later!

$17 for the laziest nachos I have ever had. Chips, liquid cheese, canned beans, sour cream, pre-made guacamole, and some meat.
Nothing fresh. No pico, no jalapeños, no lettuce or tomatoes - nothing. Just chips and stuff from a can.
I ate about 10 bites and threw it away.

I’m not sure what changed here. They said nothing has changed. However, the rolled tacos had a lot of rice in them which was very weird and then our carne Asada burrito had a weird red sauce not pick on it so they have definitely changed something. We will not be going back.

Food was terrible tonight, not fresh. I ordered the Carnitas plate, the carnitas was fried so hard and and avocado was not fresh. I also asked for flour tortilla but they gave me corn tortilla. I am a normal customer weekly as I live near by.
