Food was terrible tonight, not fresh. I ordered the Carnitas plate, the carnitas was fried so hard and and avocado was not fresh. I also asked for flour tortilla but they gave me corn tortilla. I am a normal customer weekly as I live near by.

Tried the Sonoran Tacos, torta and rolled tacos. They have a nice variety of hot sauce. Little extras like fried green onions and yellow chiles are really a nice touch. A little garnish goes a long way. Napkins aren’t the cheap ones either. Spent $40 on these three items but the light and crispy rolled tacos immediately made it all better.

Used to come here every single Wednesday for their seafood tacos specials. It’s unfortunate they got rid of it $5 for a fish taco is insane work.. It was great while it lasted . Hopefully some time in the future they can bring it back. Greatest fish tacos ???

For my first time at Panchos Mexican grill I was very satisfied with the selection of tacos, burritos, and fries, I grabbed myself a Modelo as a compliment to the food. I have to be very happy with the sauce selection, with a pleather of radishes and jalepenos. The food came out quick and I’m absolutely happy with my time here today.
Today is the last time we will go to this place. This is the third time they have given us a wrong meal in the bag they handed us. I don't know if their staff can't read, are totally incompetent or just don't care what they are doing. They have gone way down hill over the last couple years. I am done giving them money for the wrong items. There are too many taco shops around our area to waste anymore time with these folks.

While being extremely overpriced the food tasted stale and had an almost chemical undertone. Not only were the prices outrageous and the food horrid but the customer service was also terrible, late; the drive thru took 20 minutes at the window to get us our food and not friendly. If I am paying as much as I did I don't want to eat a stale burrito that smells of a microwave. My family when we got home said "I wish we could get a refund" Save your taste buds and don't eat here!
