Amazing and delicious! But sometimes it sucks. I don't know if its because the food gets worse while sitting under a heat lamp OR because the chef on the other half of the week is bad at cooking. But make sure you try to get the most freshly cooked options because you will feel the difference in quality.
Watch out for the rotten tomatoes in the kung pao chicken. I'm still recovering from food poisoning I got two days ago.

12/16/2025 at 9:20 p.m. there was no more fried rice or white rice. Very unfortunate. Also the floors and counters were soo filthy...

Unfortunately most fast food workers are fast food workers for a reason, they lack common sense. I ordered triple chicken teriyaki, and she even mentioned it may not be enough and Ill have to wait 8-10 minutes, I said ok. So instead of telling the cook to start some more teriyaki chicken, bc either way they would need more whether there was enough for my order or not, they proceeded with the order ring front of me and started my order. After the teriyaki chicken ran out, which they KNEW they were gonna run out, THEN they told the cook more teriyaki chicken. At this point I had already been waiting approximately 6 minutes before they started cutting the chicken for my order. So if they had any common sense, they would've been proactive in making the chicken and it would've saved me 6-8 minutes of waiting. Now instead, because lack of common sense, I have to wait an additional 8-10 minutes. It's fast food, so not expecting much, but they wonder why they'll never be more than a fast food worker....date/time was 12/06/2025 @ 7:20 pm, so you workers know who I'm talking about specifically...
a little edit. Completely my fault for thinking they could follow simplistic order, and not double-checking what they put in my plates. Opened my food when I got home, and behold, they gave me teriyaki chicken for all 3 plates, when I specifically told them orange chicken for one of them. Doesn't surprise me, but give yourselves a round of applause for the least brain cells being used in a fast food franchise

How are you going to tell me that you don’t have my order ready when I clearly can see it behind you and I even tell you my name and how to spell it? I didn’t catch her name but she looked directly at my bag for pickup and then proceeded to help a lady that was after me, then she asks a coworker if there’s an order for “Ahsley” so I tell her, “it’s right behind you” and she tells me, “that’s for Ashley not Ahsley” so I tell her, “no it says Ahsley J” she then grabs it and tells out loud for the store to hear “this says ASHLEY” so I get sassy as well and say “it says Ahsley J and it’s spelt AHSLEY so it’s not ASHLEY” so she grabs my order and finally gives it to me with the worst attitude ever. She even forgot my napkins and gave me over 10 forks. The food was decent especially for a 25 minute wait.

I was trying to order the Bigger Plate, my favorite dish whenever I go to Panda Express, but when I was ordering, a girl, apparently a manager named Jael, was giving me a ridiculously small portion.
I've been a Panda Express customer for about three years, but I've never received such a small portion, especially from a manager. I used to go to the San Marcos location, and the manager and her team were super nice and always gave the correct portion. I've given them very good reviews, and so have my friends and family.
When I ordered the plate, I refused it because I asked for at least a little more rice, and she said no, that it was the correct portion, and she laughed.
I will never buy from this location again, and neither will my family

The customer service and food is amazing. However I got the 3 plater meal with fried rice, steak sirloin, and grilled chicken and spring rolls. The food was delicious, but my steak sirloin which cost extra $1.50 barely had 3 tiny burnt pieces of meat. It was mostly broccoli and bell peppers. I was hoping for more. But overall the food was good.

They are so behind on the food they give you left overs like you’re not paying for it. Beef and broccoli with no beef. Mushroom chicken with no chicken just mushroom. Marisol and Giovanna horrible costumer service. Felt like they were doing me a favor by making the food. And they tell me they won’t be making any food so it’s like this is what they have take it or leave it. The places closes at 9 and it’s 7 and still don’t wanna make food. They need better costumer service. They made me wait 20 minutes served everyone else and they left me at the end.
