Ordered food for pickup at 5:00. At 4:43 I relieved a text that my food was ready. Upon arrival at 5vmy food had been sitting out for 20 minutes so I asked them to give me fresh food from buffet. They ended up making all of the entrees fresh which required me to wait 15 minutes. I ordered pickup for a reason and this made ordering so inconvenient and time consuming. It would have been faster to just order in person. I would have spoken with customer service but their contact information was not on the order confirmation email.

Just got home with my meal..i should have ate there so i could have gotten my meal redone or replace..my meal was old my food was so hard even my rice..i wasted my money at this panda wont eat there again

The staff is nice, place is clean. The food was pretty typical for a Panda Express, but the manager was so rude. I don’t understand why anyone would promote such a rude person as THE STORE MANAGER????

Worst service at this location and Giovanna is rude as hell, asked her to give me a scoop off the top so my orange chicken isn't soggy and she looked me dead in the eyes, didnt respond and gave me a soggy scoop from the bottom. Highly recommend going to the location down the street on fletcher parkway.

Bad service. Manager had a bad attitude and is really rude. Messed up on our order and refused to redo the transaction correctly. I think overall I will not come to this location again. I will be taking my business elsewhere, more specifically the Panda Express in santee because I have always liked their service way better and have never had a problem.
I just felt like they were interested in each other then approaching me and the guy looked confused he must have been new. It was weird.

Love going here its close to home and they always greet me with fast friendly service. I have always gotten the freshest food here with the same delicious flavors everytime and the staff here are amazing. The prices are amazing I can feed my family for $25 better than anywhere else we love this Panda give them a try you won't regret it!!
