Let me start by saying that this review comes from a place of Caring... I loved this place and would hate to see if rundown. I was there yesterday and once again the portions depend on who is serving you, food is ok for fast food. Most of time i dont say anything but enough is enough. this place lacks Customer service (Hight turnover with employees, training, better management - I dont think the guy Carlos "the mgr" understood half of what i was saying; useless as the girl serving me. I managed restaurants for 10+yrs. this type of customer services should never be permitted. I asked for the corporate number 'no where to be found' Good luck calling corporate office.

Nasty rice. It was crunchy. And when I asked the lady for new rice she was extremely rude to me. Like it was my fault they gave me crunchy rice. Mari was the ladies name. She talked to me very rude when I told her the rice was crunchy. This fast food was not fast at all. I wish I never came

Food is fresh and always cooked just right! The best part of this establishment is the staff. They are amazing and efficient!
After waiting almost over 15 minutes for 2 plates because I was being ignored at first, then when I was finally attended,I watched my simple plates but there 10 minutes when I finally git there attention, Noone apologized or gave reasons as to why the plates just sat there.very unpleasant and unprofessional with all the employees. Very unsatisfied. I am a big fan of Panda, and this was the worst experience.
