I absolutely love witnessing amazing customer service from individuals. Today I got to watch Jesus H juggle all sorts of things! Door dash, a line, fresh food coming from the kitchen and the whole time he kept his professionalism, accuracy, friendliness and kindness. He engaged with customers despite how busy he was and was always sharing a smile. Love the opportunity to be served by Jesus.

Today I got a bowl with half noodles and half fried rice with teriyaki chicken and sweet shrimps. As I was eating in the car. The shrimps were okay. But, the rice is old and I can taste thatās been two days old white rice that they cooked for fried rice. Came home with tummy aches. It didnāt bother me. But later I was wondering why my tummy still hurts. That is the only food I ate for lunch.

usually i like this place, semi decent service and food is pretty consistent, but today i ordered a plate and the server only gave me one of my entrees. didnt bother asking if i intended to get only one entree. when i went back, since they left it off the receipt, they charged me 5 dollars for the small side. absolutely unbelievable

This place has always been the master at trickery. The server calls the shots, not you (customer). They tell you what you want. Moving the fresher from the top OVER to get to the mushy bottom is a joke. They have drama conversations with the rest of the staff while serving you (thatās fine but when youāre not paying attention bc of that it puts the customer [me] in a really poor position). The steamed rice, that we didnāt even ask for and the server insisted we have as one of our āthirdā items was dry and pathetic. This place is why I go once a year and looks like Iāll wait until next year to go back. So sad bc Panda X is the only place like this so they know you wonāt go somewhere else.

Placed an mobile order in order to save time I arrived and told the lady she decided to attend the people that came after i told her i was here for picking up instead start making my order she attended 3 people that came litterally after me so 30 minutes wait for and order i placed 50 min ago
The food is very good the service is very nice single people who meet other single thank you

Poor planning and management skills at play. No foresight to plan meal prepping despite observing clear demand for food items. 20 minute wait for select items due to not queueing food preparation.

Food said it was ready to be picked up on the app. waited about 20 minutes after I got there watching about 10 people get food before me. Portions were very small compared to other locations, employees were rude, ignored me and obviously put the order ready too early and didnāt make it until the line was gone

They are the only restaurant in Parkway Plaza that doesnāt offer a mall employee discount . Teriyaki House is just as good and they value their return customers more it seems .

Have been coming here for 4 years and never had bad customer serviceā¦until today 12/11/23 approx. 12:30 pm. the girl behind the counter was overwhelmed being alone I get it . The line barriers were up against the counter so I stood by them and when she was ready to take orders she purposely ignored me and started taking the order of the people next to me when I said I was next she rudely replied the line was over there then at checkout I asked for napkins and with an attitude she replied we are out thatās why the holder was emptyā¦I eat lunch here at least 2 times a week and will now not come back
