I don’t know what happened but I got severe food poisoning after going this past Saturday(12/14). I am not sure if it was the food or their ice machine. This Saturday was the first time we got drinks with our meal. We used to love this place but we can’t go back anymore.

Panda Express' biggest seller is their orange chicken. This specific place is taking steps to rectify that fact. I haven't gone here for months because their orange chicken is always stale and old. I decided to give it a try again and now I'm looking at a plate of crystalline chicken shards and disappointment. Never going here again, it's a consistently terrible experience.

Norma (cashier) denied that the portion was skimped with tiny pieces of fried chicken. I kindly asked her to have the server out the right amount but she turned me down saying "you only get one half scoop!". I've given this place too many chances. I stopped coming here for an entire year. I came back hoping for change but apparently they're known for being stingy cutting off the regular portion amount. I'll NEVER spend my money on Panda Express EVER again.

I placed order 4 plates in store I was talking to employer there regarding the recipe and veggie and onion more than noodles and he got mad and upset and he did my order wrong and after that he put in a table and he left inside his name is K as I’m a business owner, we never talk to our customer like this and we served our customers to keep happy should the management take action for this problem

Portions are the smallest I’ve had for a Panda Express. Yes they do great you but it’s definitely forced greeting. A shout out to corporate. They do know how to save money. Make sure you ask for soy sauce and any other fixings you’ll need. Otherwise they won’t give them to you. ✌️ as in 2 stars

If you want panda express DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE!!!!!!! this store will give you literally half the amount of food than any other panda express. I believe there is a new manager that is very very stingy and selfish. Talking to my neighbors they said they stopped going because of this and instead go to the Chinese food on 2nd between grocery outlet and dollar tree, they actually fill up the container, about 4 to 5 times more food for the same price and much less sugar, taste like real Chinese food.

We came here right after having a horrible experience at the Santee location Panda Expres, but at this location (Broadway) IRENE greeted us with a smile and was very friendly ☺️ food was delicious! Great customer service! Thank you, Irene!
