Today, I went to a restaurant to claim two free meals for my son because he received two achievement awards at school. When I arrived at the cashier, I handed her the award certificates and applied the discount code. However, she tore up both certificates and threw them away. Now, my son is very sad and upset.
Previously, when I visited another branch of the same restaurant, they simply marked the certificate with a marker and returned it to us.
This experience was extremely disappointing, especially because they destroyed my son’s hard-earned achievement certificates.

This place use to be good but in the past month it has been horrible! Half empty containers... this food is way too expensive... my food weighed less than a pound 15.6 oz this was for rice/chowmein orange chicken and broccoli beef for about $12 insane. I will not be coming back for at least 6 months if this hasn't changed than I will completely stop eating here. This was horrible

Employees were nice but stingy with the serving. Also I got the remnants apparently of the honey walnut shrimp. I paid $21 for a cub meal and a bowl with barely any shrimp and the shrimp they did give me was falling apart and tasted OLD. Do better, yall.

The ingredients are subpar: chewy asparagus stems, small portions, and missing items. I just can't do this anymore. They don't take pride in their jobs, and I work hard to pay for my dinner.

The orange chicken was hard and rubbery, due to us waiting for chowmein. Then one of the employees served the person behind us whom was waiting also and it made our orange chicken colder. Then when asked if we wanted any sauces they were not very friendly or pleasant . Overall, I feel it was the worst meal I got from panda express. And a waste of money. Employees don't give good customer service or a friendly experience .

So the past times I’ve come here, there is a line out the door. Seems like they are taking care of call in orders first! I took the time to walk in! Why not hire someone to do call in/uber! This is poor customer service!

Great experience with great service from Laurie and Nataleen today. So glad we chose Panda Express for lunch. It was the icing on top of a successful shopping day. Keep it up!

Ordered online. Went to pick it up. Asked the girl for my order. She handed me my order. The bag has 3 knots in it and tape around the knot. I asked her is there teriyaki sauce in the order as well as soy sauce and fortune cookies. The girl said yes. I replied are you sure. Again she said yes. Thank you. Goodbye. So I drive all the way home to sit down and eat my dinner with my wife. Open the order and guess what. No teriyaki sauce for my teriyaki chicken, no soy sauce and no fortune cookies. So I tell my wife go ahead and eat without me. I'm going back to get all 3 things that were not in my order. So I get back to panda express. I see the manager helping a customer and I tell her I would like to speak with her on the side. While I'm waiting I see the girl that ensured me that everything was in my order. She is going on her break and looking like she was about to have lunch. So I say to her, you told me everything was in the bag. I drove all the way home and it wasn't. She says to me. Oh they usually put it in there. I asked you twice and you assured me it was. She rolled her eyes at me. She could care less. She was more concerned about her break and her food then mine. So finally the manager comes over and I explain myself again. She acted as if I wanted a refund or free food. NO LADY. I WANT THE 3 THINGS I WAS TOLD TWICE WERE IN THE BAG. AND I WOULD LIKE A APOLOGIE FOR RUINING MY DINNER, WASTING MY TIME. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS SAME LOCATION HAS MADE A MISTAKE. LAST TIME THEY LEFT OUT SOME FOOD AND I DIDN'T WANT TO GO BACK. THERE WILL NOT BE A THIRD TIME. I will take my business elsewhere. The rice was terrible and the chowmein was dry.
