Ordered online. Went to pick it up. Asked the girl for my order. She handed me my order. The bag has 3 knots in it and tape around the knot. I asked her is there teriyaki sauce in the order as well as soy sauce and fortune cookies. The girl said yes. I replied are you sure. Again she said yes. Thank you. Goodbye. So I drive all the way home to sit down and eat my dinner with my wife. Open the order and guess what. No teriyaki sauce for my teriyaki chicken, no soy sauce and no fortune cookies. So I tell my wife go ahead and eat without me. I'm going back to get all 3 things that were not in my order. So I get back to panda express. I see the manager helping a customer and I tell her I would like to speak with her on the side. While I'm waiting I see the girl that ensured me that everything was in my order. She is going on her break and looking like she was about to have lunch. So I say to her, you told me everything was in the bag. I drove all the way home and it wasn't. She says to me. Oh they usually put it in there. I asked you twice and you assured me it was. She rolled her eyes at me. She could care less. She was more concerned about her break and her food then mine. So finally the manager comes over and I explain myself again. She acted as if I wanted a refund or free food. NO LADY. I WANT THE 3 THINGS I WAS TOLD TWICE WERE IN THE BAG. AND I WOULD LIKE A APOLOGIE FOR RUINING MY DINNER, WASTING MY TIME. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS SAME LOCATION HAS MADE A MISTAKE. LAST TIME THEY LEFT OUT SOME FOOD AND I DIDN'T WANT TO GO BACK. THERE WILL NOT BE A THIRD TIME. I will take my business elsewhere. The rice was terrible and the chowmein was dry.

Ordered our meals, had to call . Never received our delivery, was told it was picked up, by who?, not us it was supposed to be delivered. No resolution presented by the store.

Kid-friendliness: Did not offer a resolution for the non delivery of our food.

Ordered pickup thru grubhub.
I requested in the notes section for extra ragoon sauce.
I received no sauce at all.
When I walked in there was a sign for pick up orders but no specific place for you to get your order. I had to stand there awkwardly until the cashier helped me and was still oblivious to the fact that I was there for pick up

The food overall is good but would've been better with the ragoon sauce for my ragoons.

Guess they dont read the notes there
Maybe next time ill order there and get what I need for my order.

The front counter woman is great. I'm ex-marine and had a problem with a free offer. I don't do well in public these days. So I order online. This has made it easier for me to enjoy things without having issue. As I explained very directly the issue. We had a back and forth. Eventually I determined that there would be no chance of solving the issue. So, I said I'm gonna move on as it's clear we're not getting anywhere. The lady continued to explain the issue to witch I just kept responding it's okay I'm not gonna argue about it. Can I just have my items so I can go. Then I heard the cook say something which prompted me to look towards the person speaking. I then witnessed this woman roll her eye and continue to say something under her breath as she turned around. I asked if she had anything she wanted to say directly to me. She denied doing it, then in the same conversation confirmed she did. She also claimed that I think I can come in and just be rude to the employees. I was never rude only direct in my speech and reasoning. Now I did become rude with this B of a cook for being rude to me first. I hope the management reads this review and writes her up. I will also be filing a complaint with corporate over the matter. Again the Asian woman up front tried to work with me and she kept her composure like 1 should do in customer service. She is great even though she couldn't help me and it was hard to understand her at times because of her accent and I have difficulty understanding people normally because of brain damage I suffered while serving. Not her fault it's just how it was.

Edith greeted me as soon as I walked into Panda Express. I really appreciated how kind and friendly she was. It was really nice to interact with her for that moment in time. Carlos completed my order and suggested I sign up for Panda Rewards to save 20% which I wasn't aware of. Not only did Carlos assist me with saving some money, but he was very helpful with guiding me through the process and was so kind and patient as well. Thank you Edith and Carlos for your level of customer service and kindness. It was very much felt, seen, and appreciated.

Service was great gentleman was able to walk my wife how to setup the rewards program all while serving the food and without looking at the screen. He told me his name but I am terrible with names but being in the service industry myself and bei gin charge of hiring that was a stand out employee. He cared about his job and his responsibility. Food was good service was great
