This particular Pizza Hut in El Cajon was disgusting. I asked for one pizza to be well done with extra sauce. They made all 3 of my pizzas well done and the one that was supposed to have extra sauce was dry. My medium was under cooked it tasted weird. I have never had this issue with the Pizza Hut by my house. I will never ever go back to the Pizza Hut located at 306 Broadway Ave El Cajon CA 92020. And I will encourage all my friends and family to never do business with them ever again as well. I addressed my concerns and granted the lady took 20% off and gave me extra sauce on the side. They also offered to remake them but I had three hungry children waiting! You should have made them right the first time! That's why I ordered them online with specific instructions! Why have a special instructions section if ur are NOT GOING TO FOLLOW THEM! Makes no damn sense!!! Never again! You don't ever have to worry about me complaining about ur dry undercooked pizza ever again !!!!! Lucky it won't let me give u NO stars !!! Just terrible

Order dine in, quick fast service. Ordered a supreme personal pan pizza. Very good done like I wanted. Restaurant clean. They handled a situation tonight with a man who has a mental problem. Very professional
