I order for pick up twice The first time the food was really good The second time I order, my pizza was all messed up in the box didn’t taste right and then I found three hairs when I was eating my fries not on top of the middle of the fries. I couldn’t take it back because I was at work. I work at the speedway across the street

Do not order delivery from this location. The drivers don't know how to read a map. On more than one occasion they have left my pizza on a porch with a house that shares the same number but it is on a different street. I use food delivery from other services and this has never been an issue with them. This is absolutely my last Pizza Hut experience.

As soon as our order was delivered I called called to let them know one of the pizzas was wrong ( and old ) and the guy on then phone was very rude. He was very quick to demand the old pizza back and told me that it would be another 30 minutes and I told him no worries and would have the other pizza ready for to take back. They ended up send me the order via Door dash but when we received the new pizza it was undercooked. Not happy with this service.

If I can give 0 stars I would, I ordered the big dinner box with the pasta. My first impression when opening the box was that the pasta was overcooked because the chicken looked all dried up and overcooked. But, the worst part was that when I tasted the pasta was that it was spoiled and almost made me vomit of how disgusting it tasted. The breadsticks were not fresh like usual. I definitely will not be visiting this location again on 2nd street
I wish that there was a pizza hut over by where I live at here on Ballantyne Street. The one on second Street won't deliver clear over where I live at. They won't tell me why either or how come. Plus I don't know how to do the ordering on app for Pizza Hut either. I'm 72 years old. I'm still having trouble learning about these cell phones now days. Thank you so very much always Miss Gail Ann

I would like my wings to be cooked with the lemon pepper seasoning on it. I got a pack of hard dried up seasoning and could not get it on the wings!!! I won’t order from this Pizza Hut again.

Got the "$7 Deal Lovers" medium pizza (apparently $10 for California) and it was so disappointing. Overpriced for the quality given. My kids school pizza tastes better than this! Haven't had Pizza Hut for years and now I definitely won't be coming back.
