Ordered twice from this place and unfortunately it gave me food poisoning. Was probably the fish. Order with caution.

The recent changes you made are pure crap. The reason I came to this location was for the albacore. Now you don't offer it! And the new set up is so impersonal. I rather talk to the workers while they make my bowl. Now the process is longer for no reason. Also, the menu you printed out that we mark up doesn't even have all the options available. Lastly, give the young lady that worked tonight (2/22/25) more hours. She's great. Friendly and learns her customers likes and preferences. The other workers never made me feel special like this worker does.

I wasn't sure about my order so I asked them to make it better if they knew any which way, and they did and were very thoughtful leaving me a note. Very high quality fish very high quality food and nice people, like Faith who made my order. I love them.

I’ve ordered twice from this restaurant on UberEats and both times I had a horrible experience. I have issues with eating and I only order food online if I’m feeling averse to anything I can make at home so both times I’ve ordered here, it’s been because it’s my only option and I have a lot riding on getting my food. That much isn’t the restaurant’s fault but definitely made my experience more intense.
The first time I ordered from this restaurant, my mom and I ordered medium poke bowls with only mild poke sauce. When we got our order, both bowls were covered in a ridiculous amount of plain mayonnaise. My mom was able to still eat her bowl but mayonnaise is one of very few foods that is a sensory nightmare for me and I was completely unable to eat my meal. They didn’t fill our requests for two scoops of krab but that was a much lesser issue.
Today was the second time I ordered from this restaurant. I remembered this being the restaurant that covered my bowl with mayonnaise last time but I figured it was either some kind of mistake, or I had accidentally selected something on my order. I was extremely careful to read through everything and made sure I didn’t select anything but mild poke sauce. I also made notes asking for double krab and masago if it was possible and ordered a peach tea. Since the restaurant is somewhat of a drive away, I asked for them to remove the ice if possible.
When I got my order, the first thing I noticed was that the tea did have ice in it. I know people often ask for no ice as a sneaky way to get more of the drink and there’s a chance they make the tea fresh to order and need ice to cool it down, so I wasn’t too surprised about that. Luckily, when I tried the tea it was still delicious, wasn’t watered down, and wasn’t too sweet.
After that, I opened the bag and I’m embarrassed to say I was still shocked when I saw the same heavy layer of plain mayonnaise on my bowl. I tried to scrape it off but it was layered in between the fish and toppings so there was no way to really do that. I even tried tasting the mayonnaise and seeing if it was tolerable because nothing else sounded edible but unfortunately, I am still very averse. I genuinely cannot fathom how this wasn’t some kind of one-time mistake. I understand that online orders can probably be confusing to read, but plain mayonnaise wasn’t even listed as a sauce option and from reading other reviews online, I haven’t seen anyone mention this problem at all.
I also noticed that they didn’t fulfill my request for double krab or double masago and that’s when I realized, I don’t think they read order specifications at all. 100% of the orders we have made have had special instructions that were completely ignored that every other poke place i have visited has had no issue with. I would love to try ordering again and specifying that I don’t want any mayonnaise, because it would be wonderful to have a poke place in delivery range, but I have no confidence that I would get anything different. Also, I tried to eat a few pieces of tuna that were mostly free of mayonnaise and they just weren’t very good. Nothing I wouldn’t have been able to eat but almost certainly the worst tuna i’ve received at a restaurant.
Overall, incredibly disappointed with this restaurant, at least for online orders. Both times I’ve ordered, they’ve added something that makes it inedible to me without asking and I’ve just wasted my money. I also think it’s strange that the restaurant is listed as “poke and sushi” on ubereats when the address is clearly the same. My only guess is that this restaurant doesn’t really care about ubereats orders so they haven’t put too much thought into maintaining it. either way, incredibly disappointing experience.

We only came here for Poke a couple of times and it’s just not worth it. The portion is pretty small and the quality is just okay. The sauces are good but the portion of the fish is just too small. The staff are friendly though and the restaurant is clean and organized.

For the amount of money I spent, I not only didn't get what I ordered, what I did get was of terrible quality. I would have done better getting it from Von's. I do not recommend at all. On top of that, I didn't get ginger, Wasabi, or soy sauce.

I really can't say anything about about this sushi. Pretty simple rolls and the fish was fresh.
I would recommend against putting wasabi on the spicy tuna as it makes a bitter combination.
The salmon avocado roll was fantastic. I ended up ordering a second one.
I'll be back.

I ordered from uber eats (done it before and it looked how its supposed too) This time, I got like 1/2 a cup of rice and the other 1/2 cup is ALL the topping I requested. My order was 3scoops of protein, 2 salmon, 1 spicy tuna, white rice, eel and poke sauce, Crispy garlic, Edamame, furikake, green onion, masago, seaweed flakes and salad, sesame seed and oil, cucumber, white onion and Avocado..and yet all of it fit into a small paper bowl? so I had to Add more rice AND they were out of Ponzu of all things as well. Did I end up paying $16 because someone did it Wrong or did they Actually shrink their portions That drastically?
