Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

I think this is our first time coming to this cane’s. Normally, all cane’s that we have gone too have been good. We think our chicken tenders needed a bit more time to fry because the chicken tasted weird. On top of that, the place was dirty, but what I personally hated the most was the bunch of rich kids, or simply dumb kids racing their cars in the parking lot, and a lot of them simply standing in the parking lot not letting customers park, or being able to get out of the parking lot because god forbid an accident can happen with all that chaos. We won’t be coming to this cane’s again

Fresh chicken fingers, a bit expensive but for the quality of chicken you're getting i believe it's reasonable!

I asked for unsweetened tea & I got sweet tea. I asked for extra sauce & I got 0 sauces. I called the 800# they said they would send me a gift card for the mistakes, but I never received anything. Bummer

I just ordered $17 worth of chicken strips to go. I was asked if I wanted ketchup for them and I said no but can I have a Canes sauce and was told only if I paid extra ! Seriously you can’t give me ONE of your sauces.. when I ate inside they just gave them to me. This is ridiculous!

I came here today and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a food place. The employees were unprofessional, immature, and outright disrespectful. When I placed my order, the cashier( a white teenager with long blonde hair) decided to enter my name as “Fatty” instead of Fatima, even though I said my name clearly. Then the manager actually called out “order for Fatty, Fatty” multiple times as if that was acceptable.

This was not some innocent mistake, it was malicious, humiliating, and degrading. At no point did they acknowledge it or apologize. Instead, they acted like it was perfectly fine to belittle a paying customer.

To make matters worse, when I later asked for a plastic bag, the cashier rolled her eyes at me. When I asked her name, she refused and told me to “ talk to my manager and act like an adult.” The irony is unbelievable, she’s the one who needs to learn what professionalism and basic respect look like. The manager basically said “sorry you feel that way” only showed how little they care about customers.

I wasn’t causing any problems, yet I was mocked, disrespected, and dismissed. This behavior is disgusting, and it says a lot about the kind of people this location chooses to employ. I will never come back here again, and I will make sure others know exactly how customers are treated at this location.

Every time I go, I get amazing customer service and food. I have only use the drive thru there. So really can't tell u dining in experience. Couple times I have gone and the drive thru was busy, it was still very quick to get ur food and back on the road. Highly recommend this place, especially if ur looking for a quick. grab and go on the move.

I’m a regular customer but not from this brunch I orders the same order that I usually place. Which is the 3 the box the amount of fries less than the amount I get for kids meal , when I went to ask for that’s not the right amount only 10 pc of fries she said yes it’s standard it’s look like she talking for someone first time eating here treated me like a fool

Disappointed, no flavor in the chicken, heard that it was better than Popeyes and chick fil a, took my Grandchildren for lunch, maybe it was only this site, I'll try Mira Mesa next time before giving it up.

Michaela did an amazing job cleaning the lobby. It literally smells like you're walking me into a hospital. That's how sanitary its place is. Aiden had the best customer service. Thank you so much for making this an awesome sunday
