As a driver I hate this location delivering food for this rallies is always a problem. The customer is never satisfied the shakes are always flat. As a driver asking for a cup of ice or water should be a courtesy offered from the business just like using the restroom. Being refused a cup of water is absolutely disgusting! Being told in a snide way that I can pay for a cup is even more disgusting! I will never buy food from here after the experiences I've had in the past and I don't know why I accept deliveries from this location but I will be contacting my employer!

Placed an online order on the app. Went to pick up and got my food. The food was fresh and tasty. Just really disappointed because I paid for 3 extra sauces which were 75 cents and didn't receive any of them. Which is a huge letdown especially since I paid for them if there were free It wouldn't be an issue.

For fast food it is alright but you gotta try their ice cream cones. On a hot day or out for a stroll with your kids or just a quick stop for something sweet for your sweetie this is the right place to be. The price is reasonable and a great treat for any occasion. Stop by and try the chocolate or vanilla and both in a twist of flavors. But if that isn't really your thing you gotta the cheesecake sundae. It's a slice of heaven in a cup
Hadn't been to. Rally's in years. Found this one in El Cajon. Food was hot, fresh and didn't take long to come out. The wife found that now they offer nuggets and wings. We ordered a few burger combos and some bacon cheese fries. Gotta say they're pretty consistent. Definitely be back. Food was great.

I don't know why they ask what you want to order,all 6 sandwiches were wrong,I'd ordered no mustard on all of them,all were singles,4 of 6 were supposed to be doubles. 4 of 6 were to be bacon and japalano,none were. 2 patties for my dog,I didnt get. on my way to work,I didnt see this message till at work. time and time again they mess my orders up,starting with the mustard. shouldn't be this careless,i work one way or another for my money,time and time again
