Really enjoyed our daybed for 2. It was such a beautiful day and so relaxing! Our waitress was great and seemed to always be right there when we needed her.

Allie Was our server, and she was nothing short of amazing! Cabana was clean, food was delicious and the overall atmosphere was BEAUTIFUL!!! GREAT JOB ALLIE!!!!

We booked a cabana for the Sunday of Labor Day weekend and it was a lot of fun! All the money spend goes towards the cabana fee so it's great value. The cabanas are well equipped and very vip with their own tvs, mini fridge, safe, and server. Allie was a great server and very attentive! We received all our food and drink very quickly and the food was really good. (Especially the nachos). The speakers were not great so when the live music was playing it was too loud and fuzzy. Also there were not enough pool rings for the guests that are there and while they say guests are not allowed to hoard them, they do nothing to enforce that rule so many people had stacks of them on their lounge chairs depriving others from enjoying the lazy river. They either need to buy more tubes or allow folks to bring their own! Also, I think they should ditch the slushee machines and instead get blenders because all the blended drinks we received were melted and made us feel ill and limited options. Blenders would allow the freedom to have any blended drink you want! But overall a great day and I would highly recommend to others!

Really upset that the front desk would not give pool passes for my second night stay, we were not told upon checking in that we need to keep the pool passes on our wrist the whole weekend!!!

Miranda is phenomenal, even when the pool had call outs and were incredibly short staffed, she mad every effort. Even finding us and bringing our drinks to us in the lazy river! Will definitely be back and asking for miranda! Lol

Pool and lazy river are nice, but JESUS CHRIST, there seems to be an effort to make people deaf by BLASTING the music so loud that conversation is impossible. Maybe I'm to old for this place, but this feels like and audio assault.
There is no escape from the noise as they placed speakers everywhere and it goes non-stop.
Actually got a bit of a headache from the over saturated bass. Maybe they should consider cranking out down a bit.

It was fine. Unfortunately no little touches to make a birthday feel a bit more special. Also, they were out of a few food items and some orders took a while to come out with a few reminders asking the staff the status of orders.

The biggest issue is that you can only order from your Daybed server to count towards the minimum. No one explained that, so we go to swim up bar, order 2 drinks and then once we get drinks we are asked if we have a Tab or want to pay. We tell them we have a Tab, they can't find it. We then tell them about our Day Bed. Bar tender gets pretty upset and aggressive tells us that's not how it works an we need to pay for the drinks with him and it won't count towards our minimum. Really bad experience. I have never seen anything like this.

We had a daybed at the pool on a busy Saturday in August. $300 for 2 people was a lot to spend on food & drink so we didn't meet that threshold. Plus, the pool closed at 5:00 so really not enough time for 2 meals. Our server was good but very busy taking care of several cabanas & daybeds as well. She did the best she could do but service was slow. It was overall a good day. My one complaint is that the daybeds & cabanas at the pool with the swim up bar had huge LOUD speakers set directly behind our daybed & next to rented cabanas. It was SO LOUD ALL DAY. You couldn't even talk! The morning was nice before the music started blasting. They should move speakers to the other side of the pool where there are no daybeds (by the jacuzzi). If I go again I will ask for a daybed that is the farthest away possible from the speakers. The speakers were literally a few feet from our heads. You could feel the music from the ground up. It was brutal. The pool was nice & that's were we spent the day.
