The food is always good. Burritos are pretty big. I can never finish them in one sitting. My only complaint is multiple occasions I've asked for my burrito to be wet and they never hear me at the drive thru. I've repeated it at the microphone more than once, and they still don't add it. I have to ask for it again at the window, which they then seem annoyed by my request as if I didn't say it from the beginning. I also wish they would say the total price at the microphone. That way I know how much it is before I get to the window and have to scramble to get enough cash or use my card and incur the huge fee for using the card. Great food, but the drive thru ordering process could be better

This use to be a decent not the best taco shop but due to it’s location I went there often, the prices have gone through the roof, they frequently make mistakes and really the part that sealed the deal for me and the main reason I will never go here again is the cashier is as rude as you could possibly imagine, I know it sucks working for low wages as a cashier but if you are that unhappy you should really consider your options, you hurt the business more than anything

Great place sometimes depending on who is at the counter. The guys have great customer service but the heavier lady is rude sometimes and the ladies seem to not carry the same polite niceness as the gentlemen that work there. It makes you not want to go there when the people your buying from are rude and very turned off from customer service. They need to re train the staff and make service more polite and revamp. Plenty of taco shops near have better service , this is a major hint because I love this place when they are on top of their ishh

Been here 5 times now. The food is average, the service is rude. They act like you're an inconvenience when you ask for the simplest requests. I ask the cook once, because you can see into the kitchen and watch what they're doing, to wash his hands before he touched my food. I watched him grab a dirty rag, wipe his hands with it, then with his bare hands, he grabbed some raw chicken from the fridge, throw it on the grill, then he grabbed the raw tortillas and threw them on the grill as well. Not once washing his hands in between. When I raised the concern, the staff acted like I was offending them. Instead of any kind of apology, I got attitude. I'll never spend my money in the place again.

We love the breakfast burritos here, love the ease of calling in and then drive up pick up! Probably the best carne asada fries we have ever had! The fries that they use are seasoned and adds so much to this dish! They also have some great specials like 9-year-old tacos with guacamole and cheese for just $9, the sope special is also amazing!
