I wish I could give this place zero stars. The personnel was quite unprofessional. Their service was terrible. We ordered dinner, and when it arrived, the staff informed us that they didn't have any plates since they were washing dishes. We never received plates or an apology.

Best Arabic food in San Diego. Huge portions. Authentic MidEastern food. Great range in prices from affordable to enough for large groups. Eat in or take out. Friendly staff. Quick service. Lots of Arab people and their families and friends eat here because the cook is the best in town and we all know it.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had the restaurant forgot our 5 kabab shish and made us wait 1 hour and many other families that came after us got their food which was more then us.

I was looking for some good food in the area when I noticed the restaurant. I looked at the menu on the wall and I chose beef shawarma sandwich, for 12. 99 and added a combo- a veggi side , fried and a drink for 4.99. Come to find out they are out of the beef shawarma , I chose the other beef in the same menu, then I ask for the fries and salad, I see the staff added 5.99 and 7.99 which was confusing so I asked again how come he was adding a charge, he said the menu prices on the wall has to be updated. I told him that's misrepresentation. Well, its going to be hard to cancel as I've already decided to order. I got home the food is dry, the sandwich did not come with any sauce that restaurants like this place are usually famous for, my fries got soggy as I went home on a 25 min drive. The salad very small for the price i paid for. The sandwich itself was ok, the bread a little doughy

I wish I could have experienced this place with a better out come.

That’s my first time I came here. I came all the way from Arizona and when I got there, I waited almost 10 minutes at the cashier and finally I got my turn to order and they told me they don’t have kebab at the moment. They need two hours and everything else if I need to order is gonna take 45 to 1 hour wait bad customer service. Everything is bad not coming back again.

The price is different in the menu , when you visit the restaurant . they should update the price in the menu website .

Called in an order and still had to wait for 40 mins for my tray. If I didnt pay already I would have left after 15 mins. Tray was very small and didnt have much rice. Kabobs were not fully cooked. Flys everywhere and even dead ones on the counter

I buy plate family for five people. Yesterday is not . Good chicken kebab is not really cook.
Their employees inside fighting together loud noise in the kitchen She was a woman who was loud to everyone and that's not nice

The restaurant states it closes at 10PM.

I entered and there was 4 customers total, each 2 on a table.

They told me we were closed, I asked whether 10PM close sign is true or not, and he replied, You can order to go.
Said thanks and I left. Unfortunately, no chance to try this restaurant.

The best food out there in San Diego I won’t say nun but the food is unbelievable the quality and the taste is amazing you must go there and try it and thank you to for the cashier and everyone there he was very kind and respectful and welcomed us with a smile and amazing energy I would 1000% come back

Walked into the place and thought they had a party due to the blasting music. Zero hygiene and did not have what’s on the menu.
