The worst customer service and food I ordered chicken tikka, secure part of it was not cooked double zero staff unprofessional

Totally disappointed. I ordered Lamb Tikka sandwich as per the menu board, $9.95 includes a soda can. My friends ordered Shawarma sandwich, Kidney sandwich and Kafta sandwich. all were liste very rude and would not refund the differenced as $9.95 on the menu. When our order came out, it was missing my Lamb tikka sandwich. I had to reorder it and they charged me $16.00. I said I wanted the sandwich that you have on your menu for $9.95, they told me "It is a new menu and we charged what is already on our cash register. I said why so much, then they said it was for two skewers and it was not! Only one with half the skewer had undercooked fat chunks. Also the receipt said Lamb tikka and fries. There were no fries, only a soda as advertised in the $9.95 price. The server was rude and refused to refund the extra charge. Avoid this place. Food was horrible!

Yeah no thanks. Usually if you sit in here they'll give you a free bread to go along with your food. I traveled all the way from Orange County here and had to do a take out and of course not being Arab they think they can take advantage of me and do the bare minimum and not even put any bread, utensils, nor napkin in it. Then when I asked she was like we stopped doing that. Like I wasn't born yesterday I've lived around enough Arabs to know that's the biggest lie. Like you're so cheap that I could literally go down the street get a kabob skewer for half the price here. I've learned that if you're not Arab don't bother eating at these establishments unless you speak Arabic or have an Arab friend with you cause they will take advantage of you. Seriously thought this was a store and not a bazaar. Didn't know we had to haggle for everything wallah.

Amazing food. Lamb kebabs are the best in San Diego. Very reasonable prices too. Everything I've had these has been great.

Hubby loved it here, rated 5 out of 5! Everything tasted very fresh with good service. The restaurant was clean with good amount tables and chairs. We ordered lamb tikka combo plate, lamb heart, beef liver, lamb fat and my favorite, lamb kabob! It was so yummy that I had to order two more to go. We'll be back!

The young woman at the counter was super friendly and helpful. We ordered a "sampler" as there were items we didn't recognize as I've never had Iraq food. Ordered to go and asked her about the sweets shop next door. I have no idea about middle eastern sweets besides Turkish delights so she sent me over with her favorite dessert written on a piece of paper! Next door is fire too (habibi sweets) . We took the food home and it was soooo good. The lamb was grilled and perfectly cooked. The spicy eggplant delicious all smoky and spicy like pico de gallo. The hummus was perfect. Lentil soup hearty and light. The pickled veggies tasted home made I could eat that all day. The other kabobs chicken and beef were tender. My husband had other kabobs but he wolfed them down so none for me. Everything was so so delicious! I'll be dreaming of that lamb and spicy eggplant. Bread is solid. Looks like a family restaurant and they are so proud of their food. So recommend. It's a hidden jewel.
