Great store, gas prices reasonable, my only complaint is that they have no restroom for their customers to use.

Reason its a three star because there is a old lady who works here and never has a positive attitude and sometimes gas pumps don't work and not to mention some snacks they have here are expired please fix

Very cheap owner just like half the buisness owners in El Cajon. Everything is warm in the coolers because he wants to save money by setting them to 50-60 degrees. People like that are disguising and will rip anything be off for Rich’s.

Very bad customer service not friendly not recommend itI bought A cigarette I paid for it dan give me The wrong one I asked exchange it which is I was still in the store she refused because it’s against their policy within seconds she refused to exchange my cigarette and I had to buy something I don’t smoke and throw it away
