I attempted to order a simple drink I’ve been ordering for many years. Iced Coffee with white Mocha. (Iced white Mocha) The employee proceeds to tell me there’s no such thing as iced coffee at Starbucks. I’m pretty sure Starbucks sells iced coffee drinks. She proceeds to make me exactly what I ordered even though she says what I ordered wasn’t in existence at Starbucks. This was a bad experience and I will not be visiting this store again.

I picked up a grande caffe misto from this Starbucks located inside Von's before heading over to a nearby taco shop for breakfast. I had the barista make it out of the veranda blend. It was pretty good and not as harsh as Pike's normally is.The young lady was friendly enough and offered friendly small talk after being engaged. There's plenty of parking at this location, and they offer Starbuck's baked goods, too.

Eric & Leisha are the best! They are very welcoming and always treat me and my daughter like family. Eric always makes me the best freestyle drinks and Leisha always gives me the best recommendations. This is my favorite go to Starbucks ! Thanks you two ?

Please be aware that the extra syrups u ask for and that you pay wont be added to your drink. I always give Starbucks a chance but they never seem to be consistant. Im done giving them chances. They got my order wrong 3 times within a week. I guess I will try small coffee shops around my neighborhood a chance

Had the best caramel frappuccino of my life at this location. Idk what they did to make it so good but it tasted heavenly. Guy who was there was also very nice and complimented me on my Bob Marley t-shirt. Love him for that.

Won't be coming back here. The woman who works the morning was rude and gave me attitude about how I said my order. I asked her to clarify so I can say it the right way next time and she didn't like that, she said she already told me. I get she was prob having a bad day but I am not gonna start my day with that. I'll take my business elsewhere.
