Really disorganized and unprofessional- better off going down the street to the Starbucks off avocado.

Always great but only 2 cars in front of me and I think each of us only ordered 1 drink and it was a long wait. Maybe a lot of online orders

I’m a Starbucks addict. I drink o e to two Starbucks drink per day. So far I can say that this is the WORST location I’ve been to. The sad part is that this’s the closest to my house. I love the energetic and positive vibes that Starbucks employees have. However, every time I stop by this location, I feel like I’m the one that’s serving them and providing them with the good customer service and trying to make them satisfied. Today I ordered strawberry açaí with lemonade. It literally tasted like water ( no kidding). I felt like I just reached my limited and I had to say something, so I drove back and went down to the store and told the lady ( I guess she’s the manager) that my drink tasted like water only no other flavor. She took my cup and supposedly fixed it and handed back to me. Guess what! I told her “thank you so much” with a smile and she didn’t even reply. The shocking part is that my drink still tasted like flavorless water. I feel like this location will make me quit Starbucks forever.

I’ve ordered my drink from this place multiple times because it’s closest to school and they mess up my order every single time! I don’t seem to learn, but this is the last time. My drink doesn’t even taste like coffee and it’s the only location where it tastes like this…

THE WORST. I ORDERED A LAVENDER LATTE THEY WOULDNT TAKE MY ORDER BECAUSE OF GIVING PRIORITY TO DRIVE THRU I WAITED 20 MINUTES TO ORDER. THAN I WAITED N WAITED LIKE 40 MINUTES AND MY DRINK WAS WATERY. THAN THEY DIDNT WANT TO REFUND ME AND TOOK 30 MINUTES MORE. I WAS SOO LATE IVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ESPECIALLY AT A STARBUCKS LIKE OTHER STARBUCKS DONT DO THAT. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I WAS LATE TO MY DOCTOR AND THEY WERE SO RUDE IT TOOK MY APETITE AWAY. I HAVE WORKED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WOULD NEVER TREAT ANYONE HOW THEY DID

They are have so bad customer service every time problems in my drink. And today 02/13/25 at 8:38 am the guy he doesn’t put the led in my cup right way and my coffee spilled everywhere and they are don’t put whipped cream

Went to this location at 8:30pm and their hours of operations say they close at 9pm. Well, there were 3 people inside at 8:30 and the doors were closed. A girl and two guys were in there ignoring us being at the door at 8:30pm. So are the hours incorrect or what?

It’s 19:09 on a Saturday and the doors are locked. Sign says they close at 20:30. The other night they were shooing people out at 20:00 when their hours say they close at 21:00. Get it together and post your hours correctly, this is annoying.

Common Sense

I've been waiting at the register for over 20 minutes, and no one greeted me or asked for my order. There were five employees behind the counter working on other orders, while a line of four people formed behind me. The staff seemed to prioritize the drive-thru over customers inside the store, completely neglecting us. The service was terrible, and the staff were disrespectful.

Waited almost 15 minutes today and was unable to get a small black coffee. After 15 minutes we reminded them we are waiting for coffee and they said we would have to wait so they could brew some. Meanwhile they were getting everyone else's orders timely. We gave up and left without coffee.
