The supervisors need more training about the customer service he is rude and other lady on the cashier she is rude and when someone try to ask something she is not helpful and she is get annoyed about that .do better we pay money here we not get our food for free 😏

Today I ordered my pecan crunch latte and they didn't ask me for my name or ticket, I waited while I did my homework, they took 30 minutes and they only gave the others their coffee, I went to ask for mine, they told me they would do it, which they didn't do, I asked again, and they took me an iced latte, I clarified that it was not my order, the lady got angry because I returned it and it took another 20 minutes more, There were more than 6 people making coffees and many customers, I arrived from 7am, they never gave me my coffee, I grabbed my things and left, they hire many people who have no experience and it is not the first time they do that in this Starbucks

my matcha was terribly shaken/blended (i’m not sure the technique this location is using but i work at starbucks so i know it’s supposed to be blended on three in the frother) i went back in the store , and none the less my drink was still bad. it tastes like there not putting enough matcha, and no effort into getting out the clumps. the atmosphere when i walked in seemed dark and depressing. the opposite of starbucks core values. this was very disappointing as i know baristas were just required to go through additional training on how to make our customers have a better experience. i was greeted with not one smile, and felt like i was the one providing the customer service. i feel the same way as tailor who wrote a review 3 months ago. shout out to tailor for being real. i feel you girl. i wanted to go back there and shake it myself. 1/10 experience.

I come to this location weekly and always place an in-store pickup. Today, I did exactly that, and when I arrived at the location, they had a sign that said Drive-Thru only. Maybe turn off mobile ordering if guests, who think they can just run in, grab their pick up quickly and leave, are forced to wait 10+ minutes at the Drive-Thru. Service the last 3 times coming to this location have been terrible. Needs new leadership.
