I've been waiting at the register for over 20 minutes, and no one greeted me or asked for my order. There were five employees behind the counter working on other orders, while a line of four people formed behind me. The staff seemed to prioritize the drive-thru over customers inside the store, completely neglecting us. The service was terrible, and the staff were disrespectful.

Locked their doors over 30 min early and wouldn’t let us pick up our mobile order without waiting in the 30 min drive thru line.

In particular I love hot coffee☕️ but I prefer pot coffee!

Waited almost 15 minutes today and was unable to get a small black coffee. After 15 minutes we reminded them we are waiting for coffee and they said we would have to wait so they could brew some. Meanwhile they were getting everyone else's orders timely. We gave up and left without coffee.

Their customer service could be a little better the girls there this morning were rude. They ignore you, don't say anything look directly at you, make you stand there until another Barista has to ask is there something you need and the other girl says oh shes working on it. And the one that says it, is the the girl that is continuously making eye contact with you. The girl that made it ignores you too. I would say maybe some customer service lessons would be good here.

Horrible service. Mobile order late by 15 minutes and not paying attention to customers who need help correcting their orders (forgot a knife and avocado spread for my bagel)

My pups and I just moved out to Jamul from National City making new friends that are new Starbucks we're making new friends and our new Starbucks here in Rancho San Diego ???

I live in Jamul and this Starbucks was closest m… totally dislike it now.

They decide to close whatever time they want and there store hours online and door says something else.

It’s 6 right bow and they already closed.
I am not sure what’s the issue why can they stick to their hours.
