Many of the employees work hard and are very friendly, other times some very rude and disgruntled employees. Even when full staffed they are slow but look like they are going as fast as possible. They need kaizen.
Coffee's always good at Starbucks, but I cannot say the same for ones coffee wait times. First time visiting. I was being told by locals that this Starbucks always has a long wait when ordering inside. 15 minutes for a regular coffee.
Their customer service could be a little better the girls there this morning were rude. They ignore you, don't say anything look directly at you, make you stand there until another Barista has to ask is there something you need and the other girl says oh shes working on it. And the one that says it, is the the girl that is continuously making eye contact with you. The girl that made it ignores you too. I would say maybe some customer service lessons would be good here.
