I was very disappointed with the service today. I only asked politely for a cup of water, but the staff refused without any explanation or courtesy. I understand store policies, but basic kindness and customer service should still apply. This experience left a very bad impression.

The worst starbucks in San Diego. I went in to make a purchase at first but really needed to use the restroom so I asked for the passcode and they wanted me to make a purchase first. I decided to not buy anything because of that. Thr Starbucks in Alpine is way better. Will not be returning to this store again. Thr workers here suck.

Disappointed that this location had no working outlets to charge my laptop while I worked and enjoyed my cups of coffees.
The day I visited I'm guessing they were down a worker, because it took quite a while for two coffees. However, the gal at the counter was very lovey
