Service here was horrible. It took at least 20 minutes to get through the drive-thru, 5 minutes for anyone to respond on the speaker to take my order, and after everything my drink was horrible. All I ordered was a simple Java Chip - double blended. What I got looked like a Java Chip but tasted horrible. I could only take two sips before I throw it away. And since it took 20 minutes to even get my order. I wasn't about to go for a round 2, and try to get them to make the drink again.This location needs a lot of improvement. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

The young lady working the drive thru window at 530am greeted me with a smile and gave me a genuine morning greeting also. Her Smile brightened my morning… this will be my new stop on my way to work… p.s. I love the dark roast coffee… note: I’m retired Casino Host from Las Vegas where great customer service is key… and I like to give credit where credit is due… TU J.R.
We wait 45 minutes for 2 small espresso, when we ask a refund they told us only the girl who was making the drink could do it, and we have to wait that she finish to prepare all the drinks. Awful service

This Starbucks is the worse! I just ordered 2 drinks waited 30 minutes in the drive thru and my mocha frap happened to have mint added to it?!!!!!!!! What if I was allergic! You have one job if you don’t like it find a new one!!!! Your coffees are not cheap!!! Pay attention!!!! You’re an adult read things!!!

I have been coming to this particular Starbucks for a little over 6 months now and I don’t even live in the area, I literally make the drive for one person and thats Adela. This woman has been the highlight of my days and she doesn’t even know it she is so sweet and values me as a customer. She is so positive always makes my drink perfect. If you are in the area she’s worth coming through to see.
