My kids and I tried to go into this Starbucks at 7:37pm because it says they don't close until 8. We were turned away and told they were closed. Now, we're scrambling around El Cajon to get to a Starbucks before 8p.

I always have a pleasant visit everytime I come to this location. I vibe well with all the staff there. I want to acknowledge the whole crew yet there were 3 that were super today. My usual was always the Frappes of many choices but this time I decided to have "Nani" decide for me. First time I ever had Chai. I don't remember which kind of Chai but it just might be my new favorite.Vay and Samantha were lovely to have around, they don't treat me like a paycheck at all. Everyone there treats me like a friend at best.This will always be my favorite Starbucks to commute through!!

It was awful!! I can't believe coffee cost this much and tasted so awful.. I bought one of these Christmas specialties they are offering one these was a peppermint something.My wife and I hated it threw it to the trash..I guess they were having a bad day, who knows..

It seems too many employees are doing nothing but running into each other. And you would think with more employees service would be better and faster but it's actually not. It seems longer to wait inside & drive thru. And that tip thing that pops on the card machine really erks me. It almost feels like I'm obligated to give a tip. Get rid of that.

We always drive thru this Starbucks. They make the best drinks compared to others. However, traffic can be pretty gnarly in this small strip mall.
Love this place. Staff is AWESOME ? working together as a team. Management never stops working, no job is beneath them. Come hang out in the mornings and people watch ?

Extremely busy, and the staff does the best they can with the insane work load. Today was my first negative experience (red cup day) and I knew they were slammed. I believe their equipment became cross contaminated, because I ordered an iced latee and had a severe allergic reaction. The allergy I have is not an ingredient in the drink I ordered. Just be overly cautious if you have an allergy that they have in the store. Never thought of bringing this up since I didn’t think there was a risk of the allergen touching the drinks I order.
