I don't know what happen since the reopening but this place use to be my go to Starbucks but now I'm willing to drive a block or two over . Something told me not to go to them because my last "Brown suga shaken Espresso" was off but I decided to give them another try this morning. My drink is mostly milk , it light as hell and I would usually say Starbucks is known to throw a lot of ice in your drink, my drink barely had ice! It was off. I don't know if they just got all new people or what but this is the only drink I get from Starbucks so I can tell you when it made right ! I'm done with this location !!!

I went to this Starbucks at 12:39 and the blonde boy on window was so kind and caring. I ordered my usual drink and they made it better then my other Starbucks I have ever been to. This was the best Starbucks experience I have ever had.

Super slow . Workers have horrible attitude. I ask what kind of croissants they have and nd she said butter and chocolate but my mom was in the car behind me and was able to get the ham and cheese . Dont work at starbucks if you dont what your selling . Also speed up the drive through . I shouldn't be waiting in line for 15 minutes for a f****** hot chocolate.

This is one of my favorite in store Starbucks. Every time I come here the area is always kept up and clean and the associates are always very friendly. I'm on a weight loss journey so I make my drinks very difficult sometimes and the baristas at Starbucks always seem a little flustered with my orders. I was a little timid bringing my order up to the barista yesterday but the barista named Amanda, did not flinch and she took the notes down that I showed her and even asked questions nicely instead of annoyingly when she got confused on an item. They have a little area by the self serve where you can put a cup holder in your Target cart for your coffee drink which helps a lot. They also have their own cute target dog cake pop that my 2 year old absolutely loves. Target run and coffee with good service? What could be better. Only down side is that is does get very busy and sometimes the line takes a while. You also cannot use your Starbucks points rewards here unfortunately.

not only did I not receive the correct drink....the one I did get was only two thirds full..Very disappointing given the drink price

Came through the drive thru around 2pm on Halloween. They were patient while I decided what to order. Offered good opinions on questions I had. They greeted me at the window and were very courteous. The frappuccino that I got and the one my wife got were blended perfectly and taste great.

Slower than Slow. No Greeting and barely spoke. Took over 29 minutes in line for 1 drink. Last time I got the wrong drink. I don't recommend as it didn't get better.

I asked for a mocha frap and they gave me a iced mocha with whip on top

Starbucks can suck it. I have my own espresso machine for the mere fact that they never make a drink correctly (seriously, how hard is it to make a no foam latte?!). However, my father-in-law was basic and got us all Starbucks gift cards for Christmas, so I stopped in for a gingerbread latte. I ordered no nutmeg, with whip - mind you whipped cream is already included but for some reason, all baristas seem to think they're mutually exclusive. As usual, I got a latte with foam, NO whipped cream. I took it to the barista, Natalie, and told her it was with whipped cream. She proceeded to put the whipped cream on top of the foam. Holy laziness. When I told her it was whipped cream instead of foam, she proceeded to argue with me that all lattes have foam. Yes and no. Anyone who frequents Starbucks, or had half a brain, knows the drinks with whipped cream replace the foam. But the fact that she argued with me, and was wrong no less, in front of other customers was mind boggling. AND NO ONE ELSE BEHIND THE BAR SAID A WORD. I had another barista make the whole drink over after the fact because she also failed to add the extra shot that costs a buck these days. And these people don't understand why they don't earn tips.

I always stop at this starbucks when I go Target shopping and I usually have very specialty orders and they always make them right. Karlie is usually the barista that is there when I go, and she's super sweet.
