I spent 4 days at Sqcuan and get Starbucks daily. I had the worst experience on Saturday 4/6/24 ordered a venti matcha which was basically all ice after asking it be made with lite ice I returned less than 5 minutes later to show them only to have to reorder and pay again for my same drink which still was made with to much ice. So I paid for my drink twice and both times service was poor and drinks were 80% ice full. I let the cashier know and they didn't care, so I spent over $15 for a matcha drink which is not hard to make. Worst service ever especially on my birthday.

I would understand if this was a situation in which people were learning but with a large line of people they could of chosen a different time to teach. Marissa was complelty rude to the the trainee that she was training at the time ( Shukuria). Like I said I completely understand the first day environment but they completely disregarded the customer.
