My wife and I stopped in on October 25 near closing. One of the employees, a young male, opened the door for us, and I asked if they were open since it was late and most places were closed. He assured us they were and let us in. The pastries had been put away, but he still offered us some, which was awesome since we needed something sweet to perk us up.
He took our order, gave us our pastries and our drinks, and got us back on our two-hour drive home. He was extremely friendly and professional. I don't typically do reviews, but the service that compelled me to write this. I hope this young man gets the recognition he well deserves.

Made the mistake of start in my order with a water. Before I could even finish my sentence, the woman āhelpingā me interrupted me to tell me they donāt give out water. Skipped to my second item, a very simple latte. Then she said she could actually give me water since I was making a purchase. I understand but at least let your customer finish speaking before assuming they only want free water.

Nothing more obnoxious than a coffee place that acts like coffee is the only purpose of a coffee shop. I can (quite easily) make better coffee at home. Having not even a single place to sit is a crime against society.

No restroom for the customers. It's absolutely ridiculous.
I wanted to order a coffee a few minutes ago and I left because I thought it was closed, I had already come a couple of times so I know who the supervisor is and when we went there now that we were in the car we saw the Starbucks completely alone and we left because we thought it was closed, so I checked at 6:55 pm and it said that they closed at 10:00 pm, that's when I turned to look and all the employees came out because they were hiding and they started laughing. It's incredible, the people who work there are not supposed to be 10-year-old children, how to play those games, I am a person who consumes their products almost every day, I even have stocks and it didn't seem like that to me. I had to come to another location where the service was completely different.
This location used to be the best when it first started however it keeps getting worse and worse every time I go now. They have gotten my order wrong the last 6 times I have been to it. I appreciate that they redo it for no extra charge but it is such a huge inconvenience. Also the new employees have no idea how to make coffee because the taste of my drink has gotten progressively worse. Please help your baristas! If im paying 7$ for my coffee I expect it to meet up to my expectations thank you.

Two stars because the customer service is terrible and when I asked for more milk, they told me no. They donāt have any managers at this location just supervisors which they did nothing and weāre no better. When I asked why I couldnāt have more milk they gave me attitude and told me because thatās not how the drink is made. I wonāt be coming back to that Starbucks.
