My wife and I stopped in on October 25 near closing. One of the employees, a young male, opened the door for us, and I asked if they were open since it was late and most places were closed. He assured us they were and let us in. The pastries had been put away, but he still offered us some, which was awesome since we needed something sweet to perk us up.

Service in the drive thru was nice. Just look both ways when exiting someone in front of me almost got t-boned. Got my Elphaba’s cold brew and Glinda’s Pink Potion drinks before I watched Wicked. So good!💚🩷🌈

I received a pleasant surprise! I have always enjoyed Starbucks, but today, I wanted something decaffeinated that wasn't coffee-ish! The staff suggested I try their passion tea but with added lemonade. When I got to the service window, the very courteous staff member said, "There's no charge whenever we recommend our favorites to a customer. Just tell us later if you did/didn't like it!" Well, that free drink was crisp and refreshing! Good service...
