Every time I come is the best experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks, Dawn is so sweet! I remember her from the last time I came, which was the same, fantastic experience that I had today. Can’t say enough good things!

Drive thru was lit and not blocked by orange cone, indicating to customers with common sense that shop was open. Got to order speaker and a male employee said they closed 5 minutes ago. 7/7/25. 837pm. Google listing says open until 9pm. Another Corp. Letter will be sent out.

My family member wanted to have coffee as he is at his end of life. I was at work and he texted me saying that he had to deal with some bleeding from his terminal diagnosis and he accidentally fell asleep In the cafe with his head resting in his arms. The employee said that he wasn't allowed to sleep and woke him up, he is on hospice for bleeding in the intestines, the employee said he could not put his head down. He told her the circumstances and she still wouldn't let him. Even tho he did not finish his coffee.

Emily and her staff especially Sterling rock, i love going there.
My tea was fine and exactly how I ordered it but my husband had a caramel frap and it literally tasted like nothing. I'm not exaggerating either. Zero flavor at all. It was pretty weird and the sweet taste of caramel was not there. Be cool for him to get a replacement. I've never had that happen before but I tried his at his urging and I had to agree it had no flavor at all.

I wanted to get a head start on holiday traffic but still had to work on my laptop for a few hours and needed a little bit of quiet. This Starbucks is right off the freeway and has a conference room, which I didn’t expect. So if you’re on the go and need somewhere to work/WIFI, this location is great.
