Little bit overpriced

i bought two coffees 30 minutes ago at Starbucks and stopped another one because they got the order wrong. I needed to use the bathroom. They won't let you use the bathroom unless you pay for a drink specifically at their location. Also no refills unless you drink in the store. Place is empty and now I know why.

I was really upset with my drink and when the guy gave me the drink i told him no i didn’t want the drink like that i ask for cold foam and i gave it back he did it with foam but its not the drink i want they dont know how to make a drink ill never come back here no more i was really mad the drink was “iced coffee with white mocha and cold foam with caramel drizzle” he put so much caramel in the cup which i dont want too much.

No no no.... I typically don't put bad reviews but man I have never felt so unappreciated as a customer. Barista/Monica I believe was having a conversation with who i thought was a customer but I think she was a coworker off the clock. She finished up a drink went to the register where I was ... i was expecting her to take my order next and told me to hold on as she continued to have a conversation ... i said I'll let them finish up...then they start to talk about pianos and say nope, thats not right...im gone. Disappointed. Giving a 2 because i know there are worse things in life but man, I little bit more training or another barista to help

Giving a massive 5 stars to Kylee and the other team members on site for bearing with me and my party today. We were sitting in and asked for several different requests and we were accommodated very kindly!

Refused to let a pregnant woman use the bathroom. Y'all get paid minimum wage it's not that serious. The cashier gave me a snobby altitude.

Very disappointed and upset, this is not the first time Starbucks fills up the cup with ice, took about 4 sips and the drink was gone, this is ridiculous, why must one asks for light on the ice, its common sense to not fill it with ice to the top!!

I waited in the drive through for 20 minutes this morning and at the window I tried to pay with $100 bill I had just got at ATM and they refused my cash and told me they were going to throw away my coffee and egg sandwich because they did not want to give me change

This is only about the inside. It's sad to see corporate remove outlets so people either don't stay or, probably most likely not have houseless people charging their phones etc.

Young man and a slightly older Miss at the register are always super nice. I'm only giving 3 stars because every time I order food from here, the sandwiches are squished. Customer service is great though.
