I waited in the drive through for 20 minutes this morning and at the window I tried to pay with $100 bill I had just got at ATM and they refused my cash and told me they were going to throw away my coffee and egg sandwich because they did not want to give me change

the people who work in the drive thru are horrible they lie to you about everything i’m ordering through a drive thru and i’m not supposed to be waiting in the front just for 2 drinks learn how to run your system. staff is unprofessional and will never come back to this starbucks again.

Seems Everytime I go into this particular Starbucks the baristas are too busy talking to each other about personal crap we didn't go on to hear rather than attending to customers. Also use way too much whip instead of the actual drink I ordered.

Today I got very bad customer service from the lady who is working now. She refused to give me a coffee because she wanted to close at 7:45 PM. This starburst supposed to close at 8pm. I don’t know why she broken the store rules. Also she was so rude.
