Its a ubiquitous Starbucks. The coffee is mediocre but its the staff that make it a good or bad experience. This team in Yuma were great. 👍

Rocky Road
This is definitely a neighborhood coffee shop. The customers were often called by name which I think is very nice. The clerk did not take our name so I'm not quite sure who would be grabbing the coffee if two people ordered the same thing. Also, there was a Mile code that looked like a cleaning area but I think it was also the bathroom but the alcove was dark and not inviting. Perhaps it was missing a light bulb that would be an easy fix.

Britney “the manager”She yelled at me for remaking my drinkI go to starbucks every day and I ask for regular milk and sometimes they do extra milk for me for no reason so I ask them nicely to remake it so she told me if you dont like it dont come to this storeI like this store its nearby my house and all the staff are very nice and helpful except herShe hates me for no reason and thats the second time that she yelled at me .
