walked in there super hot day. I don’t have a shirt on and they look at me like I’m crazy and they asked do you have a shirt obviously I’m walking in with no shirt on and these people are telling me they can’t serve me because there’s no shirt on I said, do you have a policy where it says no shirt no service. I’m taking a picture of it and post it now. They don’t want my service. I’ll go to another coffee shop. Thank you very much.

Exceptional coffee house! Sincerely friendly service even at 5am; accuracy is crazy good, though service anywhere is best when it includes this level of kindness. My annoyingly picky coffee-snob older brother from Denver loves this location for their cappuccino; otherwise, he drags me to any number of local shops where a heavy dose of attitude and sarcasm is served up, even though I didn’t order it. San Diego chill vibes with expert service. LOVE the baristas, the service and the vibes here. 🌈 ☮️ ☕️

I had a very bad experience here I was going to college and use the drive thru for this location. First of all the lady who was in drive thru was so rude and she was trying to charge me extra and I ordered a Caramel Frappuccino with extra sweet and what I have received the test is so bitter, seriously you can drink it. So please don’t waste your money here

This Starbucks hands down makes the best coffee drinks. They never screw up your order ever. I just wish that other Starbucks would take lessons from this store because they know what they are doing here. Great job guys

I always go to Starbucks and get a great service. But not today (7/12/2024) at this location, I was the only person standing on the line waiting for service and 4 of the 5 baristas were standing petting a dog someone was holding, they all saw me but no one wanted to take my order. I was standing there for a while looking around and still nothing. Worst customer service ever, if at least one of them could have said anything, something like "we will be right with you", but nothing... all of them petting the dog and talking to the woman in front of me for a while.
