Well that was interesting. I have never had it take about 10-15 minutes to get a bottle of water? And then feel invisible as I stand there after the app said my order is ready? I normally give some kind of tip, and they did not seem that busy to me? If this was my very first experience with Starbucks I would never come back. Very disappointing.

We ordered inside. It took forever for them to make our 3 drinks & 2 of them were terrible. The hot chocolate was disgusting and the Chai I got tasted like warm milk. I would have tried to get my money back but I waited at the cash register for awhile before anyone took my order even though there was a guy standing right there, so it didn’t seem worth it. Terrible services, terrible drinks.

The workers were nice but my coffee tasted like they put out cigarettes in it. I've been to this Starbucks 2 times in 1 week and both times it tasted like garbage. Won't be back. I ordered the same drink at 3 other Starbucks and the drink tasted normal. Avoid this Starbucks.

I had a very bad experience at this location. My wife and I stopped in with our baby on a drive back from Julian. The barista very nicely let us use the restroom before ordering because we needed to change our son's diaper. First, there is no diaper changing table in the restroom so I had to hold my baby while my wife changed him. This took several minutes. We had just finished up when the same barista banged loudly on the door for us to get out. Very startled we opened the door immediately. Apparently another customer needed to use the restroom. This was news to us because they hadn't knocked and instead opted to have the barista kick us out. My wife and I told the barista she didn't have to bang on the door. She startled our baby and made him upset. Instead of apologizing she told us we had been in there for 20 minutes (we hadn't) and that she had only stay as long as we had because of the baby. I told her she still didn't have to scare my son like that and that no one had knocked to say they were waiting. She then proceeded to yell at us to get out and to leave. We left and will never come back. A very very poor experience and terrible service.

I’m not sure what’s wrong with this location.For the past 3 visits long lines, understaffed.Lobby’s closed.The baristas are very rude.They forget your order and get it wrong then have the nerve to ask for a Tip?You question what your getting and they get upset and roll there eyes well guess what I won’t be coming back to this one better off down the road in Santee.

I stop in here whenever I get my oil changed. Today the manager was out front disinfecting, cleaning and detailing the store. Her attention to detail was impressive and she is good looking. This lady is obviously doing a great job as a leader-why?-Her staff all worked together to provide great beverages and food in a timely manner and this place is really busy. We all know this is rare today in a USA where people do not want to work. Thank you for being a great example!!!

So we called to get coffee for a fundraiser the night before the event. The manager approved stating everything was good to go and covered. The next morning we picked it up and went to the event... moments later the Starbucks worker called stating that I had lied to her and she called the manager from the day before, that I needed to come back to the facility and pay for the coffee that was donated insinuating that I was trying to steal coffee... mind you I had just bought $50 in drinks and foods not an ideal spot! If you can avoid this spot please do!

I work with Dardash a little while ago. My father was mistreated by the Star Book employees. I waited for more than 20 minutes at the office desk, and in the end the employee tells me, "I did not give you your order," and she quarrels with me. "This site is on Al-Kahoun Road."

Not a picky person for Starbucks, but this just wasn't one of the best visits. Service was great n all. What wasn't great is the drink i got was incorrectly made. There was supposed to be White Mocha; there wasn't. I addressed it with the Baristas on file and they said it was the mix of colors making it hidden; that was false. Only reason it's 3 stars is because I got a free drink because they accidentally made 2 of the same drink under the same order, and the service. Nothing else. If your order is very specific please try to locate to another Starbucks or address it very specifically.
