I spend about $6.75 here every single day, which adds up to over $2500 dollars a year, and an employee by the name of Katie had the audacity to complain that I asked for more cream on the side, and said I need to start charging myself through the app. (She did this in front of a massive group of people as well.)
Words can't even describe how silly it is to make this comment when coffee is one of the cheapest commodities a company can buy, and it's charged at a massive premium. (And this is after I already pay 80 cents extra for the mocha in my drink.)
If it weren't for regular customers like me who come in every day and buy coffee at a massive premium (which I admit, is a bad habit) people like Katie would have to work somewhere else.
I worked in fast food for over 4+ years, and whatever the customer needed, as long as it wasn't egregious, I would get it for them. Because the customer is the reason I got to have a job, and I was grateful for it.
From a human to human perspective, you should want to help the people around you, and from a business perspective, you should want to keep the customer coming back.

In a time when it's really hard to find decent customer service, I always get really great customer service here! Orders are always done quickly, accurately, and are always delicious! The place is always clean and staff are friendly every time I go. Thank you!

I've always received well made and consistent drinks and excellent service from this Starbucks. The baristas here are always welcoming and quick to acknowledge the customers. Also I've never felt like I had to wait too long for my drink to be ready.

This store continues to have the worst espresso drinks. This hasn't been a one-time thing. We've been coming to this store for over 6 years, and we've had decent espresso only a handful of times. Please adjust your machines so your espresso doesn't taste like water!

I host a few meetings here a month and it is always a perfect location for these meetings. The atmosphere inside is warm and usually not too loud. The outside has umbrella's and can get a little chilly even in the summer.

Excellent service greet you with a smile very professional and the ambience is perfect for sitting down a while drinking or eating whatever you have and staring at your laptop ? and your phone ?........ I enjoyed my visit and stay there. I ordered what they don't have anymore the good old caramel macchiato, and of course the girl at the counter said they don't make those so I helped her out..,. Here's how you can make it I tell her make me the caramel crunch without the crunch add dark roast coffee instead of regular coffee, and add two shots of espresso.... And that to me is the Carmel Macc. Not only do they greet with a smile, and also thank you for coming. They also have restrooms, if you use them please wash your hands with warm water and soap
Parking: Plenty of parking in front and side. With doors on both sides..... enjoy

That's crazy what happen. Order taken about 15 min and employee's no one care . Im try to talk to them . She told That's normal look to lobby. Im not ready to spend my lunch break to get a drink
