I host a few meetings here a month and it is always a perfect location for these meetings. The atmosphere inside is warm and usually not too loud. The outside has umbrella's and can get a little chilly even in the summer.

Excellent service greet you with a smile very professional and the ambience is perfect for sitting down a while drinking or eating whatever you have and staring at your laptop ? and your phone ?........ I enjoyed my visit and stay there. I ordered what they don't have anymore the good old caramel macchiato, and of course the girl at the counter said they don't make those so I helped her out..,. Here's how you can make it I tell her make me the caramel crunch without the crunch add dark roast coffee instead of regular coffee, and add two shots of espresso.... And that to me is the Carmel Macc. Not only do they greet with a smile, and also thank you for coming. They also have restrooms, if you use them please wash your hands with warm water and soap Parking: Plenty of parking in front and side. With doors on both sides..... enjoyKid-friendliness: I seen a couple with their mother'sWheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking right next to the wheelchair accessibility.

This Starbucks never makes the London fog iced tea properly. I do a mobile order and watch them make it sometimes. They either don't let the tea steep long enough or use way too much water when they steep it and only use half the tea liquid in my drink, so either way you can never taste the tea. I've also paid extra to use 3 tea bags and watched them do the same thing to where I can't taste the tea. Very disappointing that I've been here about 10 times and they only made it properly once.

So I never come to this location because I'm never in the area and today I decided to come in here but my first initial experience no good right off the bat. I walked into the store and the 2 girls that are behind the counter are just sitting there talking. They probably were there standing chatting amongst one another for about 3 minutes before either of them even acknowledged that I was standing there to place an order. So then I asked for something really simple. Vanilla sweet cream cold brew no pumps of syrup. I like the taste of this drink but I don't like it extremely sweet so I get it without the syrup portion. I never have a problem at other starbucks with this drink. It looked like all cream and a splash of coffee. The girl then called my order and I simply told her; this is really light can you just put the cream on the side. She had the audacity to tell me next time ask for light cream and then walked away. Like who are you?!. The fact you would address a customer in an establishment like that makes me wonder how you are with people outside of your job? Probably not good.

That's crazy what happen. Order taken about 15 min and employee's no one care . Im try to talk to them . She told That's normal look to lobby. Im not ready to spend my lunch break to get a drink

Hey ladies talking at the end of the display case. One asking the other to “smell my hands.” Here’s an idea. Even if you’re off or otherwise not available to serve a customer, how about you at least acknowledge the customer. “Hi, someone will be right with you,” while you go on with your inane conversation, waiting for the guy washing dishes in the back to notice the customer, stop what he’s doing, dry his hands, and come up front. Would that really have been that hard? It’s 8:30pm on a Monday and you’re only taking the unsold swag from the food items. You’re not so busy with three customers in the store to acknowledge a customer.

Most people are so crabby in the morning but my barista, Kate was the cutest. My daughter always helps me with my drink order but this morning she wasn't there to help so Kate helped me find the drink I wanted. She was so patient, and friendly. We had great conversation.

People in this starbucks don't listen to what you order. I placed an order got water down drink asked for another one and got the same garbage. Asian lady working there is very rude and is like she is giving me a free drink.
