Hello! I start by saying that I am a starbucks customer, but today if they failed me. To start the slowest line service ,I ordered a coffee without ice because I had to drive to my work and I don't like it full of water , and when She gave it to my it was literally less than half a glass, I felt more embarrassed to ask what happened to my order because the place was literally full but for almost $6.00 I know that these are difficult times but really half a glass? For what it costs, no thanks.

They don’t have cold brew don’t take my order. This happens every time. I pay twice as much for an iced coffee. Nice
