I have eaten at this Subway many times. And I want to say that the staff makes it an enjoyable experience every time I only remember one lady's name unfortunately and that is gabby. She is an absolute sweetheart. I've spoken with Gabby often and the manager the manager is always engaging and conversational. And just such sweet people as well two different girls that work at night time both of them are amazingly kind and patient with all customers. Truly the surrounding businesses can take a few lessons from this restaurant. Every time I visited there, I've never had a problem with the food. The sandwiches are always awesome.
Now, this doesn't have anything to do with the restaurant or staff but corporate, I guess.
For a footlong sub and a fountain drink you're looking at probably around 17 dollars. Think about that Subway corporate for a sandwich and a soda 17 bucks and if you're a good person a $3 tip so round it up to 20 bucks $3 well spent and because of the kindness and customer service and a damn good sandwich I can turn my head to 17 dollars.
P.S. a few of these other reviews need to be looked closer at because that is not at all how I have ever seen things done at this restaurant. I've gotten to know the entire staff quite well and a few of these pictures just don't add up. I will say they do get pretty busy at certain times. But trying to find a place with BOTH amazing customer service and good food all in one place is sadly becoming a thing of the past. They manage it though, so if you have to wait an extra couple minutes be thankful, I always am!!!!!

Ordered a meatball sub, and it came on stale crunchy and flaky bread. I told a worker about it, and he grabbed the sandwhich with his bare hands and squeezed it and said, "This is the only bread we got." So unsanitary

Even though Teja provides outstanding service, Alex is not so courteous. The last time I was there, somehow he forgot to put the tomatoes on even though I very clearly stated I wanted them. I just didn't receive the courtesy I was thinking I should get, and especially in contrast to Teja, really goes the extra mile for her customers. It was a very disappointing experience. I hope Subway can find a way to hire staff that are more courteous, like Teja.

I have any online order. When I arrived and asked nicely that i have online order. The old Mexican employee answered me in such a rude way not even looking just pointed her finger. We had tuna for lunch, but was tasted horrible.. not subway tuna and i did asked for toast. It wasn’t toasted at all even though I gave them 15 extra minutes.My order has box of cookies she gives it to me after I show her that im already paid for it. Handle it to me in little paper bag not in box. All that time i was smiling saying thank you but no response of her. Such a awful old woman.. will never visit this Location not worth the time took me to get there or my money.

This place literally asks one employee to operate the entire store so of course there's ridiculous waiting times. Doordash and Uber orders are never even started on till you arrive at the store and most importantly it is sad to see one lonely employee making the sandwiches operating the cashier and whatever else he has to do. This is why you never support business like this. One employee for an entire store. That's pathetic

Manager would not honor BOGO on app when it was their app that wasn’t working! Then when we were sitting there eating, we overheard her training the new guy on how to know which order to make next, App order or walk-in. Afterwards she tells him “Customers are going to get mad, but that’s just too bad!”. The atmosphere was tense in there. No small talk with the customers or even amongst the staff. Your manager needs customer service training and a way to honor your advertised App deals; otherwise, it’s false advertising!! We won’t be back to this site.
