Manager would not honor BOGO on app when it was their app that wasn’t working! Then when we were sitting there eating, we overheard her training the new guy on how to know which order to make next, App order or walk-in. Afterwards she tells him “Customers are going to get mad, but that’s just too bad!”. The atmosphere was tense in there. No small talk with the customers or even amongst the staff. Your manager needs customer service training and a way to honor your advertised App deals; otherwise, it’s false advertising!! We won’t be back to this site.

Typical subway. Felt bad for the girl working today. Slammed and zero help. This place needs to look into getting their employee (singularly) some backup.

For some reason this location is sub-standard to most other locations. Not sure if they skimp beyond a reasonable amount or if they just haven't been properly trained, but over the last 3-4 years when ever I have ordered from this location the food has been completely taistless and bland, especially compared to other locations. I usually never leave negative reviews, but considering the amount of money spent on one sandwich here, I have to urge you to make your own...no matter how bad of a sandwich maker you may be. Either that or make sure to ask for extra, extra toppings and be ready to pay for them although it may not seem like they were included. Sorry Subway, I write this in hopes that you will try to solve your locations issues. I live and work within a mile of this store and would love to be able to enjoy eating there, as well as leaving an outstanding review for it.

We ordered a half a roast beef sub a bag of chips and a cold cut combo salad paid $30 for all this I said I wanted no onions in my salad half of my salad with onions no lie a chunk of avocado that was hard as a brick and maybe six or seven piece of spinach and a handful of lettuce, some cucumbers and the meat. It was definitely not worth what I paid for. Was probably the worst salad I’ve ever had. And what little salad I had was right by all the onions that were in there. I hate onions I asked for the dressing to be on the side it was on the salad. Try digging onions out of your salad that you don’t want when the cell address is already been put on there. I’ll never ever get a salad from Subway again not from this one anyway.

Although I live subway, this store under man's their store. Usually one employee and swamped to where mistakes happen with the orders . I ask the owner to please have at least two employees at all times as you don't have enough personnel to properly assist us your customers . Especially now that your app to order hits the store and the walk ins just sit around waiting

We have not been back at a "Subway" for years but today, we decided to come to this location as we were already running late and it was right at location where we were going to shop. As we walked in, I observed only 1 staff member attending to one customer standing infront of her. She was the only staff member in the restaurant at that time. However, a line of guests was forming and the lady sandwich maker was by herself, no one else around to help her. I must say she was so accommodating, and totally professional, kept her composure and efficient. However, in about 5 minutes, her fellow crew member showed up, jumped right in and assisted the long line of customers right away. We sat down and enjoyed the sub sandwich for the first time in a long while. Great job to the two ladies - crew members for doing such a good job delivering excellent customer service. The sub was delicious! We will definitely be back for more!!

I really hate when restaurants close earlier than it says on the door. You shouldn’t be closing 10-15 mins before actual close time. Even if it’s due to lack of orders and customers. I wanted to enjoy a nice protein sandwich after my workout next door. Idk why you would close early. Missing out on sales

This is not the kind of place that you think of if you live in La Jolla or Carmel ranch. But the sandwich was just about the best I've ever had. While you might think that you need to be packing heat just to get to the Subway restaurant, you don't. Folks here are probably kinder and more considerate than I have ever seen in the nicer looking neighborhoods in the San Diego area. Most people who visit this area are doing 72 mph and praying that nothing goes wrong with the vehicle. But if you find yourself passing by with an empty sad and lonely tummy, take the exit. This Subway is one of, if not the best, one in all of California. And you probably won't get shot.Vegetarian options: Yeah, it's a Subway.Kid-friendliness: Absolutely kid friendly and a kid friendly menu. Just take your own kids not all the kids in the neighborhood. Really great park nearby for picnics.Parking: When it's busy (open to closing) go around to the back of the building and use the huge empty parking lot. No brainer.Wheelchair accessibility: Fully ADA compliantDietary restrictions: It's a Subway. Good for grazers and flavor crazed meat lovers.

I don't like to leave negative reviews but man, I've now had too many bad experiences at this location, it's time to let others know. For me, the one star comes down to customer service. The place was empty (which should have been a sign honestly), I walk in to see one employee making sandwiches. He's obviously working on online takeout orders. Says "I'll be right with you". 5 min goes by (remember..I'm the only one there) and he's still working on take out orders. I ask him how much longer? He kinda mutters something I can't understand. Meanwhile in the back room I hear employees laughing and talking loudly about some kind of drama. I say "can one of them help me?" Again he mutters something quietly I can't understand. Then the oven timer goes off and he goes on to change out the bread trays. Seriously! Hello! Now it's been almost 10 min and he goes back to working on the online orders while I awkwardly stand there. Subway listen up: please designate one person for online orders and one person for in-person orders. It's pretty simple. Also...the unprofessional employees in the back who were loud and laughing and sharing a personal story...shouldn't be doing that. One of those employees I think was a manager but I could be wrong. And yes, they see me standing there and didn't acknowledge me. I ended up walking out. Do better Subway.

Octavio (I think) made me a sandwich so good, I couldn't stop eating it. Damn delicious!!! Great job Bro! He was also very nice and personable. I'm glad I tipped him.
