place will cancel your order if you use the completely valid BOGO coupon through the app. scummy practice and should just invalidate coupon at the beginning. way too many far better sandwich shops literally within 1 mile of this place to deal with trash like this.
Don’t ever go here, you’ll get better service and a much better sandwich somewhere else. No cheese by 6pm, and limited condiments. Oh they don’t have black pepper lol. The employee was lifting his sagging pants and wiping his face with the gloves he had on to make my sandwich, and the knife he used to cut it was dirty. I paid while my sandwich was being toasted and wish I waited because I wanted to just walk out and go somewhere else. Would give zero stars if I could.
I'm still waiting on my refund the phone lines are busy I'm getting very frustrated my money was supposed to go back on my card and it has not so I'm getting more and more frustrated because I can't even speak with anyone because it's like the phone is off the hook

Very bad customer service. Very rude employee. No professional conduct. Turned customers away either because he was alone and because he was on break. How is this location open with such bad service.

I love subway in general but the service provided in this location specifically by Angelo, really made a huge difference. He was super attentive and made the sandwiches with extreme care and he actually made sure the customer got exactly what they wanted. He created a super friendly enviroment. Will continue to come to this location because of his service. Unmatched 10/10

Even though the doorbell rang to announce the arrival of a customer, I waited more than 5 minutes for the employee to attend to me. I asked him to put provolene cheese on my bread and put it in the toaster, but he only put it in the toaster for 3 seconds. The bread was not toasted and the cheese was not melted, as I was used to eating at other subways. This employee definitely prepared the food to his liking. Also the lettuce is black and not fresh. Also the table is dirty.

The employee did the best she could with what she had. No tortillas for wraps. I asked for artisan she gave us white bread. No medium cups... Literally 1 small cup left in in the store, need 2. They only had large cups.... But no lids. Chips were stale. Bread was tough.
Store was dirty and I hope we don't get sick from the food.
Manager / Owner needs to do better.

Bad service ...My boyfriend had order me 6 cookies online the first time ordering took to being canceled manly to that area thought it was a glitch but than a 2nd took a while just to end up not getting my raspberry cheesecake and just getting bad shape chocolate chip dry and was cracked to pieces and refused to refund never again!
