Ordered a plain cake for my daughter 3 days before picking up wanting a pink glazed cake rather than color to match the theme of my birthday. Even pointed out in the display what i wanted but different color. Stated that i wanted nothing put on just a pink color cake. Accidentally forgot to mention i wanted something written so i tried to call but no answer for 3 days. Went to pick up my cake and was helped by some guy. He comes and shows us our cake with everything looking like a mess. The cake looked cheap with the frosting that i did not want and the writing on the top with an ugly color. Was there for 30 min and employee was annoyed and yelling at us. He said nothing can be done for a refund and to come next day with owner being there. Not only was the experience horrible, but the environment was also dirty. Dirty sink, trays, etc. Horrible experience. Added pictures of experience on photos.

Everything about this place is amazing. The best baklava and pastries! Beautiful and delicious! Their drinks are also fantastic, whether is the house tea or chai tea latte I’m never disappointed. Bella who works the counter is a doll, so sweet, and makes great suggestions.

This place was sold and it’s under new ownership now. I was recently there and asked for some hot water (had my own cup) and they charged me 1$ for hot water? I was surprised and wasn’t happy about it.
