We love the Retreat Pool but the music & food sucks! Seems they want to treat it like a hip hop, downtown, 20yo nightclub music, rather than appealing to the actual crowd paying the bill here.. read the crowd!

The casino is very clean! Love, love the customer service there. The pool is very nice. I went before they opened the lazy river so there weren't many people there. It's a beautiful place. We go for a staycation during the week to get good rates on the rooms.
Keep it Successful
Rooms, service, and the location was quite pleasant. Had visited for a Christmas banquet and the open bar was great! Friendly staff, great coffee was offered. I didn’t go to the pool area, and since I wasn’t able to experience all amenities offered, I rate this place with only 4 stars.

I wish they had kiosks for club card reprints. That would be very convenient, and it would help keep the lines at the sycuan club to a minimum. The escalator going up was out of service. Not enough security. I did not see security at the doors nor metal detectors. I did not see enough security presence on the casino floor either. Safety is very important in spaces like this, so just my opinion, I did not see enough. Not enough beverage servers or staff members on the casino floor assisting. Only 1 bartender at the bar on the mid floor. He was great and worked expeditiously. But he needed help. Lots of slots and card tables to choose from. Valet is for resort guests, platinum status, and up, card holders only.
