The casino is very clean! Love, love the customer service there. The pool is very nice. I went before they opened the lazy river so there weren't many people there. It's a beautiful place. We go for a staycation during the week to get good rates on the rooms.
Rooms, service, and the location was quite pleasant. Had visited for a Christmas banquet and the open bar was great! Friendly staff, great coffee was offered. I didn’t go to the pool area, and since I wasn’t able to experience all amenities offered, I rate this place with only 4 stars.
I wish they had kiosks for club card reprints. That would be very convenient, and it would help keep the lines at the sycuan club to a minimum. The escalator going up was out of service. Not enough security. I did not see security at the doors nor metal detectors. I did not see enough security presence on the casino floor either. Safety is very important in spaces like this, so just my opinion, I did not see enough. Not enough beverage servers or staff members on the casino floor...
