Idk who was making the food tonight but it was genuinely the best taco bell I’ve had in forever. The beefy 5 layer burrito had the perfect amount of nacho cheese, other places I go to don’t put much on but this was just absolutely amazing. The lady at the window was so sweet too she was very happy and her customer service was top tier. Thank you for the great food definitely going to come back for more amazing food+service!! 😁

I don’t like the revolving menu because it’s difficult to read as soon as you start to see something it disappears. But I’m sure nobody really cares about that. The value boxes are not on the menu as far as I can tell but if you ask at the drive-thru, they will tell you what they are. I thought the Cinnabon coffee was way too sweet. I did say something and she remade them for me half sweet without complaining and she let me keep the other 2 so I brought them home for the teens. The customer service was excellent and the food was good, which is why I gave it five stars. The menu thing is a corporate issue and they’re not gonna change it and the coffee being too sweet is the way it’s intended because that’s how very young people like their coffee But if you’re over 20 I suggest half sweet.

Taco Bell is always decent and one of the cheaper places to eat out at, they could fill the crunchy tacos up instead of 3/4 full, but over all no complaints. Add more cheese please the workers aren't paying for it so I don't see what the problem is.

We’ve been to this location a couple times and each time the service was very friendly and they got our order perfectly right. They even marked the items that were special orders. Oftentimes when I get the cheesy bean and rice burrito it’s barely anything in it but they put a lot in each burrito. Very happy so far!

Love it. I pull no no robotic question about checking in w a Mobil app. Simply a human asking what I’d like to order. No asking if I want to round up to a nameless charity whose proceedes pay unnamed executives at a charity whose % of $ raised doesn’t go 100% to people. Great service simple ordering and great quick food !!

I have never seen such buffoonery in a restaurant in a of my life. I was simply enjoying my okay quality meal inside and it quickly turned sour. I witnessed the most terrible customer service I’ve seen in my life. There was a woman trying to fix her meal and the service members refused to help her in any form even though she kindly tried to explain herself why she wanted to have her meal replaced. The scenario was nothing in extreme context, however, as someone in the fast food industry, the lack of care or even sincerity was a disgusting site to see. If I were in her position I would never come here again. Unprecedentedly, I’ll never know if I ever need assistance if I will even be accommodated. Times are tough as it is but having to argue over meal for diner was deplorable. If i ever want to enjoy my beloved crunchwraps ever again it sure won’t be from this store or team. Inadequate service for a company that seemd presumably established, I guess not. Go else where if you ever crave your next Baja blast freeze.

Absolutely terrible service ordered at the drive thru went home opened my bags to half of my order for my family was there took the food and receipt back and told them what I was missing and asked if they could take the food I did receive and remake it and include the rest of my order since it was cold and they couldn't. They would only give us what they forgot and to top it off they still gave me the wrong items when I got home my bad I guess I shouldn't have trusted they would get it right the second time ridiculous

Literally worst experience ever TRASH service. Messed up my 30$ order and didn’t wanna fix or replace ANYTHING told me I had to wait 2 days to talk to a manager. Don’t get how I have to wait 2 days for my meal THAT day . I worked fast food in high school and if the food wasn’t eaten or touched we fixed the problem but not Taco Bell and I called 3 times before heading back and no answer. Could have saved TIME GAS AND MONEY knowing they can’t do anything for me . The most incompetent staff I have ever encountered .

I don't go out to eat all too often, but when I do I am always delighted to see Ana down at the Magnolia location. Her attitude is wonderful and her service is swift and pleasant. Just goes to show how hiring the right kind of folks can really work on getting consistent customers!
