I don't go out to eat all too often, but when I do I am always delighted to see Ana down at the Magnolia location. Her attitude is wonderful and her service is swift and pleasant. Just goes to show how hiring the right kind of folks can really work on getting consistent customers!
Drive thru is always great at this one. Crunchy tacos were good today, plenty of cheese.

Eating out is definitely not am experience I enjoy nowadays. U look at a large touch screen, order ur own food, tr only customer service or eating out ckntacf with the restaurant staff is when they hand ur bag of food as they call ur name. I would go out to eat just to get human on human exchange. The reason being is because I have a problem with isolatoon, so I need human interaction. But ever since Covid, nothing, everything feels off I donf like it !

The staff at this location are so amazing and well accommodating & the manager of this location is very professional when it comes to handling any problem the food always comes out fresh and they’re always very polite about everything this is one of my favorite Taco Bell‘s to go to
8/24 9:23pm Saturday night ordered $25 worth of food finally got the food in the Drive-Thru line lady says everything's in there I only have three things and I'm missing four other items of food another 10 minutes go by food is finally correct after three times of giving them back my bag of food just to come home 25 minutes away for every single item to be completely wrong from tacos being absolutely wrong to burritos being even more wrong call them three times left two voicemails no returned phone calls
Look obviously we all know why we are going to Taco Bell! This specific location tho has the best customer service. It is clean and tidy. I even drive out of my way to come here! Love Taco Bell on magnolia!

If you like friendly service then you're in luck. Not only are they super nice in the drive through, but odds are you're going to be coming back again to pick up whatever they forgot to give you from your original order and get to experience the kindness again. Seriously, I've been coming here for about 5 years and it's almost an inside joke at home now where I have to go back out because of something they forgot. But I love friendly service so I'm the true winner here.

I just wanted to share my experience with my drive through order. The lady who took my order is absolutely a doll! I really miss the verde salsa and she brought me the verde from the line (which was honestly delicious)Just wanted to recognize her superior customer service! I didn’t get her name but I went through the drive through around 10pm!
