Today 2/27/25 4:10pm cashier at the drive through was very rude !! She got upset cus I drove through the drive through window without stopping at the order speaker. I was gonna pick up an online order. She needs some customer relations training !

This is my neighborhood Taco Bell, so we come here often. There have been may different situations with this particular store when we do choose to eat from this restaurant, but my wife and I also choose to give them the benefit of the doubt being that they are a fast food business which can be hectic and that the lines are long sometimes. However, this time around, I couldn't hold back. I placed a mobile order so that the food is prepared and ready when we arrive (the purpose of using the app). When we pulled up (40 minutes later), we were stuck behind a long line for an extra 35 minutes. We then get to the window just to have to wait for them to make our food, which had us waiting an additional 7-8 minutes. I tried to get their attention as they were prepping someone else's mobile order before mine. It is definitely not the first time they didn't have my mobile order ready upon arrival. However, what did draw the line witj me was their lack of professionalism and consideration. They threw my chips into the bag along with the hot sauces. Now my chips are all over the place between my hot sauce packets. I tried to get their attention but no one wanted to come back to the window. I decided to proceed and report this on here instead of causing a scene at the window with the already long line behind us. DO BETTER TACO BELL!!!

Got the crunch wrap with extras and a drink. Yes I did add jalapeños but the wrap was literally 80% jalapeños! When I pulled out all the jalapeños the wrap looked gutted… when I went to the front to ask a crew member if they could remake it, a blond/bleached hair guy was literally 2 feet in front of me counting the registers facing purposely ignoring me. There was zero doubt that he didn’t see me… after waiting a few minutes of him blatantly ignoring me I finally said something and I finally got his attention. I showed him the wrap I got was completely wrong and darn near empty after removing all the jalapeños. Who ever made that wrap either purposely made it subpar or you need to TRAIN that employee who made it bc it was very half ass made. Then the new crunch wrap they gave me had everything I asked for but just not properly portion right. All the cheese was in one part of the wrap, other parts still didn’t have meet and was just lettuce,cheese, and pico… management needs to retrain employees on how to portion correctly, quality control, and especially work on customer service! The blond guy was avoiding eye contact with me like he was going to turn into stone. You can even check cameras. I went around 7pm-9pm 1/21/25

DO NOT GO INSIDE THE STORE TO ORDER. I made that big mistake. Waited 40 minutes only to find out my order was given to someone else in the drive thru. None of the employees wanted to check on customers inside. They seemed to prioritize drive thru. Lots of Door Dash drivers also had to wait a long time for their orders. worst location ever!!! Employees moved like zombies. I get it that you’re probably don’t get paid enough to deal with whatever going on but at least put some effort in doing your job.

I have been to this location for dinner and late night food several times. Night crew is usually impatient and rude. They half ass the food. Even when they aren't busy. Went there for breakfast for the first time and it was a completely different experience. The drive thru employee was patient and kind. Thank you kitchen for tasty and quick breakfast. Night crew needs to be more like you guys. Keep up the good work. The five stars is for you guys.

Any time I order take out, the order hasn't been put through to the staff until I mention I'm picking up my order even when the app says they've completed my order prior to me being there. Everything else is fine but staff attention needs improvement.

I don’t know how or why but every time I order from here something is always forgotten. Whether that be online, app, in-person, etc. No matter what you can guarantee they’ll forget something. I always have to go back and tell them they forgot something. Something small, something big, half the order, it doesn’t seem to matter to them. Either the order system needs an update or you need to double check all of your orders, fix it! So tired of these multiple trips just so I can get my food.
