This is my first time at this Taco Bell, I went for lunch. I attempted to dine in but they randomly closed the inside and said âonly drive thru was openâ at 2pm. I wait in the long line for drive thru, my whole order was disappointing. I didnât want to wait in the long line again for a refund. My hard shell taco was literally broken into five pieces, I should have had a fork to eat it with at that point, but they did not even give me a fork, which I should have had a fork considering I ordered the fiesta potatoes. My triple layer beef nachos had a max of 7 chips and they were cracked with cold beef. Iâm new to California, but the other Taco Bellâs I have experienced here I had a much better experience & quality of food. I was so upset. I only leave reviews when I share positive experiences, but I was so upset about this experience I had to write a review about it. Taco Bell is good wherever you go, you can count on good quality, and well put together food. So I am highly disappointed.

I like taco bell food, however they tend to close their indoor seating area which also closes the walk in / pick up oprion too. They only allow drive-thru as an option. My truck doesn't fit through drive-thru, so really no way to have taco bell today.

whoever was the cashier at the drive thru around 4:20am on Wednesday was extremely rude when taking our order. While we were waiting for our order we could hear her snapping at the other staff.

I had no idea they were open 24 HOURS every day. Now when I get hungry, I still won't remember it's open. Maybe if you gave me a refrigerator magnet I could remember.

Whoever is taking on Wednesday, Oct. 29th at around 11:45am needs to pay better attention. First she almost screws up taking my order in the drive-thru which I had repeat 3 times because she kept interrupting me, and also 3 times I said 6 mild sauces and I got none. She needs to stop interrupting people as they're saying their order.

They always get the order wrong every time I go. Staff can't be bothered with customer requests.
Just recently ordered a bean burrito and a burrito supreme combo. The burrito supreme was horrible. No lettuce no meat just beans and cheese and a little bit of onions and tomatoes. Seriously a glorified bean burrito. Horrible.

Itâs not filthy. Thatâs about all the good youâll get.
They wonât even print you a receipt.

I ordered on the kiosk and decided to pay at the counter, and when an employee was told to come and help me, she made a face and I could tell she was not happy about it. The dining area was very dirty. Actually, the last couple times Iâve come itâs been very dirty
