They always get the order wrong every time I go. Staff can't be bothered with customer requests.
Just recently ordered a bean burrito and a burrito supreme combo. The burrito supreme was horrible. No lettuce no meat just beans and cheese and a little bit of onions and tomatoes. Seriously a glorified bean burrito. Horrible.

This is my local Taco Bell and have only had good experiences. My order is always quick and accurate. The food is always tasty and well made. And the staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this Taco Bell.

I ordered on the kiosk and decided to pay at the counter, and when an employee was told to come and help me, she made a face and I could tell she was not happy about it. The dining area was very dirty. Actually, the last couple times I’ve come it’s been very dirty

Kinda sad to see this go downhill. There used to be a middle aged gentleman (who I first remember seeing as a young man) who has worked here on the night shift since before the remodels. He has been there for years and years. Things always seemed to go well when he was on duty. He may have been a manager or owner, I'm not sure. But lately this place has gotten pretty bad with order accuracy. The last 4 trips in a row all had incorrectly made items and missing items. They never mess up in your favor either (giving you something extra), they always leave something out. Items with no sauce (not the packets, but the sauces that come on the items and give them their flavor), and entire missing items. The staff is friendly though, I haven't experienced any rude tone or attitude. Just incorrect and missing food, without the flavorful elements. Things were going well here just a few months ago. I hate to criticize and I hope they can get the accuracy up. Something changed for sure. Hope they can sort it out. Hope the manager guy is doing ok, worried he may have passed away or something.

This place has really gone downhill over the years. It is in my neighborhood and I love one of the frozen drinks. So I often try to get breakfast here. But I won't be coming back anymore. I've just had too many bad experiences in the last several months. I know they struggle with employees and it shows, as they all have attitudes, and don't seem to want to be there. They have a freeze machine that never works. I started calling in advance to see if the machine was working to be told that it was to pull through the drive through to then be told. But it's still defrosting, and you can't order anything. And then they're very rude And completely ignore you at the window after that. I'll just go somewhere else going forward.
The people that work here can’t get an order correct or even read an order it seems. Terrible service every time.

50% of orders with more than two items may be provided with an item missing. Wrong orders are often made, they gave my wife meat when it was specified to be beans. This is not the first occurrence at this location.

Those girls that work there need to be let go. Seems like they never learned manners and act entitled. They wouldn't take my order inside all sitting around telling me to use the self order. I don't do self orders because I have a hard time with vision. They have attitude like children when I asked them to do their job. Mind you they are all chilling in the lounge area. Just walked. You need a serious reset of your workers. Hire people who actually want to work.
