We placed a very simple order on the kiosk and waited for 35 minutes, we went up to the counter, the workers did not help us, and stared at us and even laughed. We ended up having to leave. Not the first time this happend, bad service.

June 18th 2025 645 pm waited in the drive thru for 30 min. There was only 3 cars ahead of me. So they take the cars order that car pulls up and then they won't take the next cars order until they've made and given the car before them their order. So about 15 min between taking cars orders unreal. Whoever is working the drive thru should be fired immediately.

This was not the cleanest place. We needed to make a quick pit stop and grab some food. We ended up not getting any food because the place did not seem friendly. There were quite a few people there and there were 2 people in the store that seemed questionable to me.
We ended up just using the restroom and leaving. But the restroom smelled bad too. Overall, it was not a great visit.
So, this is the closest taco bell to my home, 30 miles away...unfortunately. I just got my order and it is wrong, does not match the receipt, it would have checked order, but they threw twelve items in one bag and it was raining. The last time I came through here was two months ago.They charged me for the person's order in front of me and my order. Check your ish, they're too busy goofing off to get it right.

Food is good very very dirty under the tables are food and trash. They are playing around and laughing in the back not caring about the food I ordered a chalupa with no tomatoes and they put tomatoes on it. Here 2 weeks ago I ordered 2 taco supremes and they gave me an extra burrito instead.
