I ordered 3 crunchy tacos. I was reluctant since I hadn’t been to a Taco Bell in over 30 years. I remember why! The tacos were one notch above frozen, they were terrible. I will never go to another Taco Bell. I’m very surprised they can stay in business with poor quality food.

They didn't have someone taking orders inside. You were made to wait too long as they were busy taking care of the drive thru orders. Not satisfied, poor customer service!!!!!!!!!

I'M COMPLETELY ANNOYED.. I spend a lot of money here I live about 20 minute east of this location there is always something missing and I usually do Mobile order so they have my order for awhile... also I finally wrote on taco bells feedback after how much money ive spent and not received... they finally send me $10 off my purchase which honestly I expected like a 30$ credit since I probably have over $60 in missing items anyway I go to use it and get the limited time fries and usually order the fries were $5.29 and this picture below is how the fries looked burnt 3 bites super small I'm thinking what is going on ive never had so much problems with a food place and I love taco bell but I'm about done ever going here again this is ridiculous
Lowering my rating to maybe get the attention of the decision-makers for Taco Bell. I love this place, but lately I have felt super rushed at the drive-thru. AND I KNOW DAMN WELL IT'S NOT THE EMPLOYEES' FAULT. Stop timing them, stop making it a policy for them to get an order past the board in whatever freaking arbitrary time is chosen. None of the fast-food places around seem to do this and the wait isn't any worse. I would rather wait another couple minutes than be rushed at the menu board anyways. I often get the same thing from taco bell every time because of having little time to look over the menu board. And yes, I can still insist that they wait while I decide, but I can see the corners they cut and hear the desperation in their voice when I am taking more than like 10 seconds to order... Are they whipped if an order is too slow or something?! Stop. This. Policy. Or at least ease the heck up.
Ordered tonight on the app and entire order was again wront....eyes were rolled at me. This has gotten ridiculous..nobody has contacted me....wrong orders continously happen. Corporate is next but if you dont care then hey, hopefully they dont.

Got a nacho sauce and it was practically empty. I pulled around for another one and explained. The kid said I would have to pay. Sucks I had to pay extra for something that should've been included with a $12 meal. My mistake for thinking teenagers care at all about their customers. That's what I get for coming to crummy junk food spots.

A lot of inconsistency at this location. It's usually either the order is wrong, or the guy at the window is depressing or even argumentative, or the straight disregard for the customer who orders from the kiosk as requested but then has to wait twice as long to remind them of the order placed 10 minutes ago because 2 elder people trying to order their food but don't know what the bleep they want! Then about 50% of the time the food is literally thrown in the bag and poorly wrapped. C'mon, have a little pride and dignity in what u do to earn a living! I tell ya, good customer service is about impossible to find anymore! It's a Taco Bell and it's affordable so I just roll with it, mostly.

They never have anything available... they never fail yo disappoint it had literally 4 pieces of steak tiny ones .. the rest well the pic explains. But then I take a bite of my burrito and wait it's nothing on it but cheese and tortilla .. cold btw!!!!Once again I order steak champagne and paid for extra steak.. literally 5 little tiny pieces of meat what a shame taco bell!!!

Stopped by one Saturday afternoon and saw a band 8 west. Very entertaining. Caught the last 30 minutes of their gig.
