This restaurant is permanently closed, out of business. Will miss Hector (bartender), he was great! Super personality, made you want to come back, and he is also a champion in bartending competitions too. TGI Friday's has completely pulled out of San Diego county, no more anywhere. I heard Wild Wings will move into the Rancho San Diego building. We'll see how that plays out....

We went for 2 for twenty on a Wednesday, when we walked in it wasn't busy at all but every empty table was dirty. So we had to wait...and wait... Finally got the table order drinks which took another 15 minutes. Server was really nice but the wait was unbelievable for a slow night. Then make ribs were dry and the food was not hot. I love Fridays but I won't be coming back to this location. Can you imagine if I came on a busy night?! Probably pure chaos.

I just called on todays date of march 21 2019 after turning in a job application two days ago and the person on the phone said that they are not hiring since they are closing on April 14, so I just just thought it would be a good idea to write this review now and if the person that said that is actually true to their word that this location will close April 14 so I'll give you five stars since I'm looking for a job and just hate to be turned down on such great extent.

Sorry to say we will not be returning ever again. Took an hour to get food and then only received part of it. The grandsons grilled cheese had very little cheese and was over cooked. We did get our meal comped, but still had to wait on my dish that came out cold. Not Happy!

I've only tried the unlimited appetizers deal here! Really good but sometimes they take long to come again to fill in your next order that you want, besides that it's an amazing deal.

Horrible waiting time. They kept telling everyone who walked in that they would wait 25 minutes. And they told us the same thing but we ended up waiting almost an hour. This is the second time this has happened. Were not giving them any more chances. We decided to leave and go somewhere else.

This used to be the place to go to. But in the last yr or so it's been the worse place to go to!! Service is real bad..and food no matter what u order is even way worse!! Quality of the food is worse than Jack in the box!! Their happy hour is only to get rid of old poor quality food that should be dumped in the trash. If you tell waitress your food was bad, she'll respond ohhh ok I'll let cook know n she walks away, SMH really...Restaurant appears old and run down. Waitresses n hostess dress like housekeepers!! Do not waste your money going to this place. Don't take a chance getting sick on their old expried food. You're better off going to Jack in the box and that's pretty bad!!! It's no wonder their closing down all of their restaurants, n this one should be on it's way out soon!!!

Bad service especially the manager "Amanda " we used to come here every week,, We thought that there is a Half off price on appetizers we asked nobody answered! We ordered! Then the bill with regular price! So we called the manager "Amanda" she said this is what we have If you don't pay we gonna take your ID and call the police!!! Is this called a customer series?!!!?! I don't recommend anyone go there to this location!
